He thinks o.k. to belittle other people in the Physical Therapy industry in an attempt to make himself look better. He attempts to intimidate people due to his strong arrogant ego, and unstable, unethical dishonest attitude in life. After Ricardo for the 3rd time in the recent past went into a fit of rage with my wife and I, became unhinged, verbally assaultive, and physically threatening. (He does this publicly and he doesn't think anything of it.) After his latest act my doctor and Physical Therapist cut their sessions short, opened their doors and demanded he STOP immediately. (They both had patients in their offices) gave notice to leave and did just that. Needless to say the clients had an opportunity to see what an "unprofessional piece of work" he truly is. Sennogroup is now a one man show with no P.T. or Doctor in the office. He has a habit of threatening and interfering with not only patients but also my Physical Therapist. He illegally bills Medicare when I'm in to see my Physical Therapist 2 to 3 times a week, (stating he is giving me "Gait Training" and "Reassessments" which he has never done!) One of his other stunts a few years ago we came into the office to see my doctor's not him. He told my wife and I we couldn't sit in the waiting room due to COVID. He told us to "go wait in front for my doctors" only having a tree to lean on knowing I have a problem standing. At that time we also filed a State Complaint. Ricardo is pompous and intimidating to both the few patients he may have had and the patients of my Psychologist and Physical Therapist he has no dealings with.

Plus a beauty shop, little store, and a medical office that looked like an Immediate Care type place, and I saw that it was open during every visit. My relative has been here for over a decade and loves it. Her independent living apartment is cute, safe, comfortable. The halls are quiet. The elevators work. It smells good, like a hotel. Everyone looked really chill and happy. Plenty of free parking and nice landscaping. My relative is currently in staying in the Brandel nursing facility for rehab for a few weeks, and it's nice to be on the same campus as that service. She's in good hands! Thanks, Covenant!

Rebecca listened to my story and made me feel less alone. She thought where my mom was at was the best option in terms of cost, desired location and care needs addressed, but would do the research and circle back. We also discussed the care she received currently and provided a few suggestions. As promised, Rebecca followed up and confirmed her initial assessment. Yes, I'll still worry about her finances, but I now have a better understanding of the landscape and what comes should her care needs increase. Are these people serious??? Lmfao!! I strongly advise you to thoroughly examine those one-star reviews, as the content they provide seems credible, and they often express more kindness than these condos deserve! Individuals are cautioning you, so consider this as FREE COUNSEL! I have decided to remove this condo from my list. I am currently in the process of relocating after having spent several years as an owner in my own condo. Before this, owned my own city 3 flat for 20 years!! Trust me when I say that condo management companies tend to change almost every year nowadays. This frequent turnover is primarily due to their engagement in numerous "illegal management duties" that ultimately cost every owner. They are aware that evading lawsuits is feasible as long as they continue to shift from one condo to another regularly. I have several family members employed by the city, and this information is insider knowledge--though it is not particularly challenging to connect the dots, lol. I assure you, owning property is exceedingly OVERRATED! In the current climate, it simply isn't worth it! Taxes are astonishingly high, monthly association fees have escalated to outrageous levels, and no one warns you about the "special assessment fees," which in my case amounted to 13K!! You are given approximately three years to settle this amount, which means you must add a few hundred dollars to your monthly association fee. Additionally, condo insurance has tripled in four years!!!! And for those with a mortgage?!!! I can't even imagine!!! For me, renting will be a novel experience! I will NOT miss "taxation without representation," "special fees," or exorbitant monthly association fees either!!!! Life is challenging enough, and when we transition into a new home, we hope to believe that we are moving into a respectable environment. While nothing is perfect, if you find yourselves surrounded by exceptional neighbors and kind individuals, you have essentially struck gold!!! Regarding management companies, each new one that arrives tends to be worse than the last! It never fails!! As for some of the on-site maintenance men, what can one realistically expect from many of them? They hardly do anything and often have a negative attitude about everything.
