Storytime is at 10:00, which fills up pretty quick. Easily accessible bins of books, a wooden train set table, large kitchen station with all the accessories, puzzles, magnetic tiles and more give little fingers plenty to do. Spending a couple hours here during a drab winter day is always time well spent.

After approximately 3 hours and 24 minutes, an employee approached the room and repeatedly knocked on the glass while holding my driver's license. She remained standing outside the door, which I found uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would have appreciated a more courteous approach, such as a polite knock and verbal explanation regarding the study room time limit. The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I would appreciate clarification regarding the study room policy and hope future interactions can be handled in a more respectful and professional manner.

As of my latest visit on 12/5/20, they are now doing curbside only. I reserve my books online, and drive over when I get the email saying they're ready. When you arrive, give them a call (the number is posted on their windows), let them know your name and library card number. They'll check out your books for you and put them on a cart outside. If it's rainy or bad weather, the cart will be inside the vestibule. Contactless and great! I really commend these librarians working hard, wearing masks all day, to provide such a bright spot to my life and to the community.

They have the best social media presence and very educated staff. The process to get our library cards was so simple and everything we needed was found online ahead of time, so we were very prepared. Plus we got free stickers with our membership cards! Everything was so accessible and in a peaceful environment. For a smaller building it feels very spacious with distinct areas for quiet and privacy. Study areas, computers, and a printing station - all quality equipment and easy to use. While it may have a smaller inventory they still offer an incredible variety and you can always request a transfer. There's a decent amount of parking behind the building in addition to a 15 minute zone just to the side where the book drop is. I absolutely love returning to this location, and I'm so grateful for the love and support shown to the community here.

But perusing the books, it definitely seems like they could use an update. Leaving the library, apparently there are plans to update this location. If it's anything like the East library update, the community is in for a treat. But for now, it serves a great purpose and is definitely being used!
