They don't pay attention to the dogs well-being nearly enough, for example we have been leaving our puppy there and have told them that he is having diarrhea but every time we pick him up and ask if his poop was normal they says, "oh yeah, everything was fine" or "I don't know, I didn't work with him" and then when he gets home he continues to have diarrhea. They don't interact with their clients at all, at the end of the day they are just telling you what you need to hear to leave them alone. The only positive thing I can say is that our puppy comes home looking happy and he is tired from playing. Edit: 3 days after posting this review, instead of reaching out to me they called and tried to bully my fiancee into changing it deleting this review. Rather than addressing the issues she just denied any problems and ended up just making my fiancee upset.

I can't imagine how we would have managed juggling our cat and our travel schedule all these years without her. Our guy, Tank, has spent many nights happily ensconced at The Cat's Pajamas where he enjoys spying on the comings and goings from the privacy of his own condo. Yes, we could leave him at home with a cat sitter popping by once or twice daily, but our dude is very social and gets lonely easily. Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She keeps a close eye on her charges and intuits exactly what they need. I just can't say enough good things about her. If you want the best place possible to board your beloved cat, look no further.

We all know how hard it can be to have to leave your cat and take them out of the comfort of their home. Knowing how well cared for they are with Patty makes doing so much easier. She even bought a bag of my dog's favorite treats just because she happened to be at a store where they had them for a good price! I could not ask for a better care-taker for my pooch. This is…read morewhere our dog almost died - he was attacked by another dog and required surgical wound repair and rabies shot leading to an expensive vet bill. We discovered the wound in the car 5 minutes after picking him up at 6pm. The owner of daycare took full advantage of this and denied that it happened there and refused to provide a video or the name of another dog he supposedly played with in the morning (video was deleted). We were told that our dog was "sleeping in the corner" all afternoon after playing with the other dog, which would be completely out of character indicating that he was injured in the morning and was left to suffer until 6pm. Animal Control got involved and discovered that only one person was watching 25 dogs that day and ordered to reduce the number of dogs to 15. If a daycare is unable to notice such a serious injury, to identify a dog in distress for hours or to cooperate and take responsibility for any incidents that may occur, then it is either incompetence, negligence and/or animal cruelty - take your pick. No dog is safe at this daycare.

I have video evidence and have reported this to Animal Control. After learning that others have seen similar incidents and even the local news reported on a dog unexpectedly passing away at this facility, I started a group so pet parents can come together, share evidence, and take action.
