When looking for a storage unit, I considered these things: 1. Security 2. Proximity to my home 3. Price Above all else, Countryside Self Storage impressed me with its security of its units. Simply by visiting the office, you'll notice nine cameras are visible to the employee operating the desk (Paul Boles) on a monitor at all times. I appreciate knowing that my belongings are secured first by the premises being monitored by staff. Further, the fencing around the facility are tall, discouraging unauthorized individuals from entering. Finally, the facility is gated with a code that only tenants and staff have access to. I primarily chose my storage unit facility based on the security features, and Countryside Self Storage far outweighed the others I assessed. This particular storage facility was also close to my home, making trips back and forth incredibly easy for me! I also felt that the price of the unit I leased was more than reasonable: $49/mo. for a 5x10 unit. I am incredibly happy with this price, especially considering the extensive security of this storage facility. Finally, the customer service I received from Paul Boles was above and beyond. I was able to walk into the office and obtain a storage unit within thirty minutes--and Paul was more than professional, relatable, and simply enjoyable to talk to at all times. I would recommend Countryside Self Storage far beyond any other facility in Joplin, hands down.
