eview Rating:…read more "Avoid! They hold you hostage with fine print." I used this company for basement flood cleanup in January 2026. They were fast at first, but once the cleanup ended, the "reconstruction" phase became a nightmare. The Trap: They demanded a 70% deposit before they would even give me a quote, a timeline, or a walkthrough. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.

Who knows, but if you have a small job for them, look somewhere else because they don't really seem to care.

They offered me a larger crew and more flat rate time for less money than any other movers I talked to, and I talked to just about all of them in the area. Come moving day, I received a call from the crew to give me an ETA which was actually earlier than their promised time. They got to work right away hauling my stuff to their truck.
