Eventhough I told the Dr I needed extra novacaine, he didn't listen. He was so rough with the 2nd injection he caused me to scream with pain. I've been to plenty of specialist, so I know how rough he was. I had to argue with person responsible for insurance claim because he insisted insurance wouldn't cover any of procedure. They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people​​

But I was received by Dr. 'D' by first, a scolding and an admonishment that I should never have come to see him and then as he repeated himself several times, that I should know that I should have made an appointment with a dentist in the first place. I tried to 'get a word in edgewise' to explain to him that it was my primary that instructed me to get an appointment with and specifically with... an oral surgeon and not with a "regular dentist", but it became very apparent to me that Dr. 'D' somehow found it appropriate to continue to chastise me. His manner was of a superior finding it irritating to him to have a conversation, no matter how brief, with a lesser being. I a not exaggerating any of this. As said, I've never encountered a more arrogant human being in my life. My insurance covers 90% of this procedure and so I felt comfortable. Once I was examined, shockingly, I was quoted a price of $996.00 of which they required I pay $580.40 up front. (Umm, this wasn't close to my expected 10% co-pay) and I questioned the 90% my insurance covered. I was assured a refund after the insurance paid, not to worry! Once the procedure was done I find out the insurance had only authorized $210.60 PRIOR to the procedure, and my $580.40 went to non covered extras that were added in. This dentist was fully aware PRIOR to the procedure that insurance did not cover my $580.40, and charged me knowing I would never see a refund. VERY DISHONEST!! This greedy dental practice is only concerned with the $$ and the patient is the least of their worries. Had they truthfully informed me that their services were not covered I would have explored other options, but rather than work with me to assure I get the best service for my dollar, they choose to charge for non covered services and screw the patient! "PATIENT BEWARE!!" I gave this dentist a bad review on Google when they inquired about my service satisfaction and then surprisingly I get a call at home from the owner of the practice, Dr . Dahaliwal. The dentist, Dr. Dahaliwal, stated my dissatisfaction was unfortunate, but offered to refund of a portion of my payment "IF" I would take down his negative Google review. And mind you they have a 15% charge if you miss your appointment. So if you couldn't pay what happens? I didn't have 800 dollars I wasn't even aware it was due until after I was getting prepped. I asked if I can put 200 for now. They made an exception but it just felt really weird and messed up. That's all I had for the next two weeks. I was scared. Usually it's courteous to give a rough estimate before the appointment so one comes prepared. This is with insurance so they were attempting to charge me based on my policy coverage prior to billing occurring. They also didn't offer me any options prior for the wisdom teeth removal whether it be local or IV sedation. It was just a charge list that they handed to me without offering any options. They also didn't talk about any changes that are possible for the sedation process which is the pricey area. Make sure you guys advocate for yourselves and make informed decisions before you walk into any office. Make sure to call and inquire about patient responsibility too so you come prepared for your appointment or have to reschedule. This is something they really need to work on and I'm really disappointed. But I'll end on a positive note, doctor called me in the evening to check on me. Office was responsive when I told them about my stitches coming out. They gave great after care instructions and provided appropriate pain management.

I like that, i don't feel like a dollar sign, but a valued client. I get two to three teeth cleanings a year (my insurance pays for 3), and my hygenist feels like family (the good family, not the . . . lol). i schedule them before i leave my last cleaning, and offten up to a year out. They use text message reminders a week out, which i like, and i have gotten in on short notice when someone cancelled the week before their appointment.
