I called and spoke to the owner, Taylor, directly. I told him the problem I was having and that my normal pump people were of no help. He told me what Well Informed does and how they do it. He explained we needed to have the pump pulled and let it be dormant for two days, maybe less and would drop a camera down and look for leaks or other problems. I told him I didn't want my current pump company to get involved and he gave me names and numbers of pump companies that could help me. I called the first one and was also impressed with them as well we made arrangements for them to come out that day. Long story short, I was, and am so incredibly impressed with the business philosophy and down to earth manner of Taylor and Well Informed. His kindness, wonderful demeanor and willingness to explain and educate me in the details of what he found and potential solutions to my problem has been a true Godsend.
