We have been part of many local dance studios. What sets this studio apart is the owner, the award winning teachers and the individualized attention. You just don't have that at regular dance studios. Classes are very active and engaging. Your child isn't waiting for their turn in a class of 20 kids. It's excellent exercise! They are properly trained in stretching and core strengthening before they dance. Irish dance is intense in a fun way! Lots of skipping, hopping, jumping moves that kids love! There's NO PRESSURE. This school has won National titles with their competitive team. Joining the competition team is optional. Encouraged, and no pressure. There is also a performance team, which does not compete but rather dances at local events, nursing homes, schools and charitable events. The best part are the RECITALS. You will never experience recitals like this. Winter showcase in a theater setting, Spring showcase includes brunch at a catering facility. It's not an obnoxious 3-4 hour show like all the other studios put on. 2 hours or less. Your child dances for a whole song, not a 3 minute clip. You get your money's worth, and leave loving irish dance. Take a chance on this studio! Your child can take a class for free to try. TRY!!! Girls and boys 5 years and up. Studios in Shoreham (where we go) and Cutchogue.

They allow you to bring your own food if you wish to pair it with one of their offerings. You're welcomed to sit inside or on a nice sunny day take advantage of outside picnic table seating. They have beautiful outdoor blankets you can use if that North Fork breeze gives you a chill. We didn't need them yesterday as we drank our flights and dined on tuna and crackers. The young lady behind the counter was super sweet and knowledgeable. She let us know that their most popular, White Merlot bottles were sold out. But, still available in cans. I love their Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. My Honey partial to reds, enjoys the Red Blend. He was excited when she informed us that they will soon have a Pinot Noir for him to try! The space, the excellent customer service and of course the wine all combine to make this a little slice of heaven. I absolutely love it here

We recieved the dry flight and the wines were pretty good. They have seating indoors and outdoors and I saw that they had some games outside as well. The seating outside also has umbrellas for shade. I loved the decor inside and definitely would go back.

I brought my niece and nephew, and we easily had one of the funnest afternoons! The Barnyard Adventure is a paid area ($28.95 per person on weekends), but with eight acres packed full of things to do, it's worth every penny. To put the size in perspective ... it's like exploring six football fields lined up together! The highlights for the kids included getting up close with a variety of farm animals, a trike track, sports zone, and multiple playgrounds, pig races, a musical hayride ... there truly is something for all ages. The atmosphere is lively, especially with those pig races and musical hayride tours. My niece and nephew were totally engaged from start to finish. There are plenty of food stands throughout the property with the classic farm favorites. Apple cider donuts (my personal fav), popcorn, ice cream, and coffee stands for the grown-ups. Speaking of adults, a huge bonus is the vineyard right on the property. I treated myself to a glass of rosé to enjoy while the kids played, which was a nice addition. It does get busy, but the whole setup is well organized that it does not feel too crowded. Barnyard Adventure is one of those rare places that charms both kids and adults, making it a perfect fall or weekend family destination. I can't wait to come back next year for more memories (and donuts) with my niece and nephew!!

With access to leave and come back, which we loved, we enjoyed hayrides WITH a singalong! Animals, a lot of games, bounce pad and more. Everything was super clean and exactly what you think a farm should be hahahh. The workers were all sweet and kind. We did enjoy a cup of there chocolate chip cookie. Very good. You can bring in picnic food if you wish, but they had hot dogs and basics to purchase as well as a small farm stand in the front. I would highly recommend for families with children of various ages but more geared toward 10 and under. Cant wait to go back again this summer.

Also, we did not have a great tasting experience either. This was the first Long Island winery we visited and we were hoping to learn about Long Island wines during our visit but the guy pouring our wine didn't really want to talk. We each got a flight, the pre-selected one and a build your own. Instead of pouring one wine at a time, the guy rushed pouring both flights, in no order, then got confused on which was which, then directed us to carry our four glasses (without a holder) outside so by the time we got outside we really had no clue which wines were which. They also didn't give us menus so we had to pull up both the menu and tasting notes on our phones to try and guess which wine we were tasting. However the scenic view outside overlooking the vineyard was pleasant.
