I am writing this review after reading some not so great reviews of this dealership, which almost deterred me from purchasing my used 2013 Toyota Avalon from them this past Saturday. Quick background - I initially found them through Cargurus when I was looking for a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I called to set up a test drive and was texted confirmation by a sales rep named JD. In about an hour, I get a text from JD telling me "Just a heads up, someone is here right now looking at that Lincoln". In my head I'm like "Yeah right, typical salesman tactics". I text JD back that I'm on my way over and will be there in about 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, JD texts and leaves me a voicemail to tell me "The guy just bought the Lincoln". When I arrive to the dealership, sure enough the guy was there who just bought the Lincoln. Now, the chances of this happening are very slim because this dealership literally has hundreds of different used cars to choose from but... it happens. I sit with JD (who was very professional and courteous), and let him know some other models I am looking for which they do not have for sale. We test drive two other vehicles and I tell him I appreciate his time and if he can find me the vehicles I am looking for (Chevy Impala, Malibu, or comparable models), to give me a call. I leave expecting never to see them again but later that day, JD text me links to a few cars he thinks will fit my needs (one being the 2013 Avalon) and asks if I want to come back for a test drive. The next day, I go back and fell in love w/ the Avalon (which was slightly over my budget but I figured I could work a little deal with them). JD made it clear when I got there the first day that they do not negotiate on price and there is a $495 dealer fee (which I think is ridiculously high but it seems as though all dealers are doing these fees now a days). Of course, I thought he was bluffing but when I told him I was interested in the Avalon but we were off by about $1500, he said he appreciated my time but there was nothing they can do as the price is fixed. I left, expecting them to follow me out the exit asking me to come back in so we can figure something out but to my disappointment, no one did! I drove home and went back online, as well as went on some test drives the following day, and realized later that evening - not only was the Avalon the best car I drove, but the customer service at North End had been flawless. The two times I had visited the dealership they were nothing but polite and attentive, and there was always staff available if I needed help or had questions. I decided that evening - I had to suck it up and pay the asking price for the vehicle if I didn't want someone else to snatch it up because as others have noted, this is a high volume dealer and I knew I was getting a good deal on the car based on Cargurus letting me know they were selling it below market value (and I already had the Lincoln sold right before I could buy it). I went in the next day with a cashier's check (full asking price - *sigh*), and in about an hour, I drove off in my awesome Avalon. There was zero problems, no pressure by any sales reps or anyone in finance. As a matter of fact, I don't think the process could have gone any smoother. I did not have any trade-in or need financing, so I did not run into any of the problems some others claim to have experienced. My sales rep (JD), was in constant communication w/ me via text and phone, his supervisors did the same, and overall, it was A+. A special thanks again to JD (for answering all of my questions and being a professional throughout), Ted (who helped w/ all of the paperwork), Patrick (JD's supervisor), and Sam (in the photo I uploaded), who covered for JD on the day I picked up the car since JD was out and took plenty of time to go over all of the bells and whistles w/ the car. I know these guys did a good job b/c somehow, I remembered all of their names (and I'm terrible w/ names). Assuming the Avalon gives me no problems (I'm only on day two but the car is rock solid), I will absolutely go back to get future vehicles for my wife and myself since they have a great, huge assortment of cars and my experience was top notch. Thank you guys! Some notes: My final cost was: ((Asking price of car) + $495 doc fee) * .0625% sales tax (yes, the State of MA charges tax on the doc fee which I confirmed w/ the Dept. of Revenue) + $75 Title Fee + $25 Registration Fee (I transferred plates). I did get both carpet and rubber mats (bonus!) and two sets of keys. The car was absolutely mint, both inside and out, except for a tiny bit of touch up paint that was done on one of the doors which I will redo, but that's just me nit picking. read more

I was in the market for a new car but was looking for a certified pre owned vehicle. If your like me car shopping is fun for about an hour and then can get overwhelming! I knew I wanted to find a place that wasn't one of those dealerships that haggle you with the price or make you feel pressured to buy! That's when I found North End Motors! I went in and was greeted by Corey Gray! I told him I wanted a GMC Terrain and he brought me to look at two asked what I liked and didnt like. I never once felt pressured! I test drove a nice white GMC terrain had low miles but I wasn't fully sold I told Corey I had to go home and sleep on it! He gave me his card and we parted. That night all I could think of how I didn't want to keep car shopping and how helpful Corey was to me! I call him the next day and ran over and put a deposit down on the white GMC TERRAIN! I can't say enough how stress free and painless this was! Corey helped me from start to finish. They made sure the car was insured, registered, detailed,new plates! I purchased a 2016 MB from NEM end of Jan 2022, my second time with them, unfortunately very disappointed and dissatisfied this time around, a lot has changed. First, my windshield had a cracked driving out of their parking lot, which they took care of it after I said I would not be doing business with them , At first they wanted me to go through my insurance for the crack. My windshield it's still not repaired as I write this, therefore neither Is my inspection sticker. Two weeks after the windshield issue, one of my tires went flat, while waiting for AAA in the highway I find out the hard way, there's no spare tire and had to have car towed , then the next day a second tire also went flat, so I had to purchase 4 new tires cause I just couldn't wait or had the time , and didn't want to take a chance a third tire will go flat, and at this point I had spent over $1000 on towing, tires repaires and purchase, I didn't purchase a new car just to have issues with it within a week. When I went to replace my tires I was told by the mechanic that the battery will also need to be replaced. I just think it would have been nice they gave me a loaner while they fixed my windshield etc etc I called the dealer after all this and I was told to bring in the old tires and they would see "if " they could do anything, which I'm sure they wouldn't, at this point I'm exhausted of wasting time and missing time from work because of a new car that should not be having these issues, very disappointed and I am not be doing business there again that's for sure I just wish I was giving the same service while having these issues as they did the day I walked into their shop read more

Where to even start? First service to get the car was great, nothing to complain, until may 24th, I got the Audi A3. First week my back window trim got unplugged, they need to have a look at my car 3 different days before even placing the order, and that wasn't even the problem, same time my wheel is doing a noise, and my salesman? Doesn't respond, barely gives me any help. In the end of June, MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, I sent tons of messages to my salesman MUSTAFA, he always had something to do, could never help me, or even respond, he never helped with any of my problems that I told him. Telling him was the same thing as telling the wall. I mean, what's even the point of saying "I can help you out with what you need" after the sale and just leaving me dead in the mud? July 25 Im finally able take my car to see the small noise and the engine light, and I get my car back barely drivable.I live up in NH, every drive to the dealership was 2hrs. I took my car down 4 times, to get my car back my engine light brighter the even, EPC light one, if my car actually gets out of the driveway, I get punched every few miles I accelerate. I received a true car instant online offer of 10,400 for my vehicle. I spoke with John and drove over an hr to see about selling my vehicle. He came out with a paint meter to try to tell me the car with a clean carfax had had major repairs done to it. He then test drove it and with air pressure lower on the front right tire said I needed a "high speed alignment " as it moved a little while he was racing at excessive speeds up and down the street in my car! Unreal. He offers me 8k and then texts me the next morning to say he can offer me 9k after pricing out the unneeded repairs. I complained about him quoting me on these things and it's just what he saw was his response. He has a similar vehicle w half the mileage for 14k with a warranty he then tells me. So I sent him a screen shot...exact vehicle with a few less miles for 17,500. Guy is shady as it gets. Stay away! read more

I had a positive experience with these guys. We were in the market for a slightly used car with low milage. We narrowed it down to 3 models (jetta, cruze, possibly a vw cc). We called and made an appointment to drive the cars with Perod. He had the 2 of the cars at the Brockton location where we met him. He let us take a long test drive to his other location in Canton and once there we drove the other car back to Brockton. We decided on the Chevy Cruze. They have an amazing selection of used cars and based on the research I did, they were below market value. They also offered top dollar for my trade in ($1000 more than 2 other places we looked at). We then talked to Mario Martin and Art for the financing. They advertise they can finance anyone, and they can. They were able to finance my wife even though she had a low credit score and the payments were below where we wanted to be. Took 4 business days to have car in hand and we are very happy with it all. Highly Recommend! PS..no one asked me to write reviews or anything, but considering they did such a great job i felt i had to. As you can see i only review places i have good experiences with. Do not buy anything from north end motors in Canton MA. I bought a vehicle with warranty back in 2018. In 2019, I sold my car and this dealership are required to refund me back the amount I paid for my warranty' almost $2k. The service I got when I requested my refund was soooo poor. Its like they were telling me go F*** yourself. No one cared; they said that only one person has access to cancellation who is not in!!! I spoke with Sosa and its been over 3 months since I requested the refund and still no answer. I understand that the pendamic slowed everything but the cancellation was before the pandemic and I called over 4 times leaving messages and emailing Sosa but no answer. We are all financially struggling ans I need that refund! Bad Bad service; I guess I will end starting a lawsuit. read more

This place DOES NOT care about customer loyalty. I have purchased two cars from this dealership, and over the last several years, have been getting my oil changes and occasional service done here. I used to work with a guy named Rob in service who was so nice! He knew my name, appreciated my continued business (even after I moved 30 miles away), and always made me feel like he was out for my best interest. Rob is gone now, and after my experience last week, I completely understand why. On 1/25/19, I came in as I always do for service and to have a noise checked out. After driving 45 minutes and checking in for my 11:40 appointment, I waited just shy of TWO HOURS for an oil change and a diagnostic report on my brakes, which is exactly what I booked my appointment for. I was then told for the first time in many years, that if I did not spend almost $700 on rear brakes that my service contract for free oil changes for the life of the car, which was a negotiating tactic when I purchased the car, would be cancelled. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! The service contract is useless if they are going to overcharge and underdeliver with service. After explaining that I had always been told the stipulation to keeping the service contract active was that factory recommended maintenance be completed there, not ALL maintenance, I was treated as if my business didn't at all matter. I was even encouraged to take my gripe elsewhere to go speak with the Sales Manger. I went over to the sales side of the dealership and the Sales Manager wasn't there, so I went back to service and asked them to just give me my car back. The Manager of the service department, Agee, backtracked and tried to explain the service in greater detail, but he had already told me that they were growing so big, they were buying a Mitsubishi franchise, and they have over 1,000,000 customers....basically saying, we don't even need your business, so although he thought he was trying to smooth things over, it made me feel even more like my loyalty was of zero importance to him. He also said he was going to "see what he could do" with the pricing and he would give me a call....never got a phone call, and I wasn't at all surprised. Needless to say, I didn't get the recommended repairs as I knew the price tag was WAY too high for what they were saying I needed done. I took my car to another mechanic that is 3 minutes from my house and he is going to fix the EXACT same things using quality products, and it will cost me $490 (over $200 less than quoted at North End). Also, the synthetic oil changes are only $50, so I really don't care about losing the service contract. It's not worth the hassle, the wait time, or the disregard for my loyal patronage to worry about free oil changes. My savings on this repair alone will get me through two years of oil changes at the new place. Overall, because of my experience, they not only lost a dedicated customer, but I hope with this post, others will realize what terrible customer service this place now provides. I went there to see a specific car that was listed online and ended up getting that car. Jose Lopes was easy to work with and the process was fast. On the finance side, they try hard to convince you to buy an extended warranty but it was an honest (and very persistent) sell. I didn't feel like I was being lied to but I have already been down that route and every time ended up losing money so I declined. I have perfect credit and ended up agreeing on an interest rate above 5%, which I think is high but I signed the paper because they focused on the monthly amount and didn't tell me the actual rate until I asked. My fault for not negotiating or looking at other lenders. **Update: I have been driving the car (2015 Mazda CX-5) for almost 6 months now and definitely still happy with my purchase. $495 DOCUMENTATION FEE (---- be aware Car seems in great condition and for a good price. sales guy seemed like a good guy and was very easy to deal with. The vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be. no haggle pricing seems like a good idea if you've researched the prices thoroughly before hand and factor in the $500 documentation fee. would be five star but I find doc fees to be sleazy (especially that high) and have to remove a star for that. not a big deal though. just add $500 to the price of every car you are looking at in this dealership on thier website before you go to the dealership and factor that into every decision and your good to go. also they really low ball you on the trade in. mine was an old piece of junk that needed a bunch of work.. but worth more then $200. I think I could have got more then that from the junkyard... otherwise seemed ok place. read more

UPDATE: 3/28/13 My $16,000 car with 49k just had the service engine light come on, 5 months after purchase. ----------------------- Unprofessional employees. The financing guy told me he could lower the monthly payments if I added features to the car. made no sense that adding to the total price would make payments cheaper but I got the remote starter and service plan. They promised the car on the same day, and made me wait for the car for 2 hours just to tell me it would be ready in 2 days. I went there 2 days later and the car was not ready, a phone call telling me that to avoid wasting my time and gas would have been nice. a week after the promised date, I called the bank asking whats the hold up. they told me the bank was waiting on the dealer to hand me the car so they can pay them. I called north end and spoke with a grease ball named Tony. I new by looking at him this was not gonna be a good experience, he looked like he was straight from the sopranos. I told Tony that i called the bank and they informed me the hold up is with the dealership. Mr. Tony said he was not playing games and hung up on me. 3 months later I needed to use my service plan to get an oil change, just to be told there was no service plan added to my account. The financing guy was so eager pushing me features I did not need that he forgot to add the only thing I wanted, the service plan. Thats when I looked at my contract closely to see if there was a service plan listed, and thats when I realized they charged me $100 more for the price of the car, which was exactly the value of my trade in. So not only did they underestimate my trade in, but they got it for free. I would not recommend this dealer, unless you have all day to go thru everything in the contract, get everything in writing and dont let them bully you around. read more

This has to be my worst car buying experience ever. I initially saw a beautiful car online for a good price (which they promised to double your down payment up to $3000 off the price of the car). Obviously the price was too good to be true. When me and my girlfriend arrived there after a 40 minute drive from downtown Boston, we saw the car and upon entering the dealership we saw all the salesmen standing around sizing us up, which needless to say didn't make us want to buy a car there, but we proceeded anyway. We dealt with Gordon Mahala, a young somewhat friendly salesman who told us that the price advertised online had already included the double down payment shown online. A bit annoyed by this, we were both reluctant to go any further, but of course we then were told to test drive the car which we did. After returning we finally negotiating a price closer to what was originally advertised. Long story short, I was insulted by the Manager, Gordon revealed awkward personal stories as we waited 7+ hours to close this deal only to have to return another day. Finally closed the deal after much back and forth, little to no communication and waiting. Turns out the only person who was a pleasure to deal with was the finance manager Mike. I had a great car buying experience & Patrick was very helpful with resolving a couple minor issues. So far, I love my car, its a great used Volvo and I get compliments on it all the time. I have taken it on 2 cross country trips and its a fabulous car! Love it! I would've given 5 stars but the car only came with 1 key, no manual or car mats and I didn't realize all this until after I bought the car home. They did give me half towards a second key so kudos to them for that. But I had to purchase mats and a manual on my own. Other than that they were great. read more

I came here a few months back in search of a new vehicle. I had a specific car in mind and was told it was there and would be ready when I arrived for my appointment. When I had arrived after an 1 hr 1/2 drive, I was then told the car I wanted was sold. This a shady tactic to falsify facts in order to get clients in the door. I am walking around and their staff looked right out of a hip hop video asking me "wassup?" Every couple minutes (weird). I finally sat down with my salesmen Chris Welcome who was a very nice guy and someone I would have considered doing business with given the circumstances. Chris was not involved in much of the negotiation - it was his Manager (Matt I think) who looked like he wanted to be an extra in Goodfellas but grew up in Brockton so never exactly was the Hollywood caliber, tough act though. The car I originally was interested in magically became available mid negotiation. As we went through the motions of negotiation this manager offered me 40% trade value of my car and I let him know I had done my research and his assessment was off - He proceeded to say "well if you can get more money for your car elsewhere than go do it..." After about an hr of waiting around and listening to the manager argue with his teenage daughter (not sure why she was there?) about paying for her friend's Italy trip, I had to leave. This place is unprofessional, rude, and shady. Chris Welcome is a really good guy and decent salesman but the organization is poorly run. Save the time and do not go here. Please Avoid at all Cost !!! Dealing with this guys since 2017 even brought a car I get regularly serviced there. They continue to give you the run around and service always delayed or the claim parts sent was defective to longer service time. I went in for a oil change and left with a check engine light on. They claim it's wear and tear. So I have the check it out . Now they "find" the $300 problem and I pay the $300 to get the issue resolved. I arrive when service was claim to be done and when I arrive they have me wait a additional 3 hours to return my car . They Hand me my keys and say hey the check engine light is off and your all set. As I go to start my car and pull off I notice my check engine light was still on so I go in and ask them. Again part sent was "Bad" and going to be replaced so we need a additional day to replace that turned to 2 days. They replace it and again no change so now they claim it's something else is it's $1800 total to fix.they call me to pick up my car from a service they said would take one day into multiple days. So a week later there still giving me the run around and claiming it's another issue . Along with that they refuse to provide a loaner car or rental coverage. They will dig and digs in your pockets and bullshit you around. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! IM DONE !! ! Please Avoid at all cost read more

Terrible dealership. Bought a car from them in the beginning of August 2012, it test drove fine and everything seemed great so I financed it. Within the first 3 weeks that I owned it, I had to take it back to them 5 times for repairs. Twice for the same problem with my convertible roof not operating properly. I got them to take $500 off of the initial price of the car, which I thought was great when I bought it. However, in december I was in an accident where the car was totaled and as I was going over all the paperwork with my Dad, he noticed that there was an unexplained $500 charge on my bill. When he called them, they really didn't justify it or anything and wouldn't return any of the money. So basically they told me they were giving me $500 off of the price but then tacked it on at the end, hoping I wouldn't notice. It was only listed on one of the copies of my bill. They most certainly did not like that I wasn't just some stupid 21 year old girl who wanted a convertible. When they wouldn't go down on the price or give me a more fair deal for my truck that I was trading in, I told them I'd go somewhere else. I would never reccomend anyone to buy a car from here. Not only do they screw their customers, but they talk to you like you're an idiot. My brother knew more about cars than any of the salesmen and they were all very rude to him, my mother and myself. I tell everyone about how ridiculous they were. Even when I went in all 5 times to drop my car off or pick it up, the woman at the repair department was whispering to her co-worker and giggling while glancing over at me as if she were a 12 year old girl gossiping about the "school slut". I've never been so pissed off in my life as I was while dealing with these people. read more

Paid more than I should have, got a bad interest rate. {Have good credit] Lesson learned always use your own bank. They went for a joy ride my in vehicle and I notice a scratch. They hung up on me when I first called, called again asked to speak directly to manager without giving a reason. Manager denied everything, but he did offer for me to bring it in, but I don't want any more damage so I never scheduled a visit. I have a job and don't have time to keep bringing it it. I want it done right the 1st time. Gave two star because they did offer to look at it and most dealerships are high pressure sales, so that pretty normal. read more

I felt compelled to Yelp this place after a great experience with our car purchase in reponse to seeing all the negative reviews. It seems that most of the negative (and probably warranted) reviews are due to cars being sold before the customer's arrival. This is super sucky, but after spending a few days at this place I understand why it happens. This is a VERY high volume dealer. It's obvious that the turnover and number of sales people here makes it difficult to keep the website and CRM tools lined up with inventory. 2 of the 6 cars I test drove were sold while I was at the dealer, and having this info proactively make the rounds between the sales staff is tricky, especially given that there are 300 vehicles on the lot. I didn't run into this issue because I was interested in several mid-size SUV's of similar design, not a specific car. This is a great spot to do this because of the large inventory and variety available. Each of the 6-7 cars I test drove were all excellent used cars, making the decision on what to buy very difficult, but for the right reasons. We dealt with finance, and a manager and 2 sales people. All of which were professional, and personable without being sleazy. This is really saying something in context of a used car dealership. My advice would be to call and ask to verify that a car is available and perhaps speak to a manager that is on top of all verified sales vs. a sales person if you are going to visit a specific car. Yes, the dealer should handle this for you, but based on what I saw you have to cut them some slack. The other thing worth pointing out here is that this is a full-service dealer. No RMV visits for you, they take car of this, financing, service, everthing. And pricing was very competitve. My experience on the trade process was mixed. They definitely will try to steal it, but are reasonable if you are informed. It's just part of the business, sadly. read more

I just bought a car from north end and so far this is the worse experience ever. I'll start off with a quote from the salesperson after I signed the P and S. "...We need our money". Our money? This is before I even got the car. So I get a call from the salesperson saying that I need to meet him at the DMV with a check for 1400??? Ask him why, because I have to pay the taxes on the car. After a few minutes of the salesperson figured out that they were wrong and said "well you might owe us $400. Why would I owe any money since I already paid for the registration and taxes. My bank showed that they took the money. Anyhow, so they were supposed to switch registration from my old car to the new one. Well, that did not happen and since I canceled the insurance on the old car and the old car is still registered, the state can fine me for having a registered car with no insurance. I have also been told that if I don't get this fixed I could possible lose my license? How true that last part is I don't know, but why should have to worry about it. So after I find out that they screwed up the registration the salesperson told me I owe an extra $110. I asked for what? He said. ":oh must be because of the new registration. Oh so now because they screwed up and it cost more to registrar the car they want me to pay more money. Awesome. Soon after I was told that I owe 110 dollars I was then told the check engine light went on.... Again.,.. awesome. The salesperson knew for at least a couple of hours before I got the car that the check engine light was on but didn't call me. No way would a car dealership do that. I mean they might lose their money. WTH. So I was given a choice leave the car with the salesperson and they would take a look at the check engine or drive the car home and bring it back to the dealership at my convenience. Ok its February and raining, its 6 at night I have no ride home to get to my family. And these guys are asking me for a check of 110 dollars. Really???? What could I do I took the car and drove it home. So now I have to go down to the dealership and straighten this all out. I will update my review once I return. As of right now the car won't pass inspection so they can keep their car . If your looking for a place with no headaches well this place is all sort of messed up. Also they only gave me one key for the car. Really??? I have a family. I work hard...no one deserves to be treated this way. I was looking for a new car and was very particular with the kind of car I wanted, miles, features. Mohammed was able to find me a great car with everything as was looking for. When he showed me my 2015 GMC Acadia Denali I was floored!! Beautiful stylish and had all the bells and whistles for my wife and my 2 boys. Corey was very helpful with all the paperwork and financing and made me feel at ease that I was gonna get a payment plan that I would be comfortable with. And Rod at the service center made sure I knew that I could call him anytime if I had any issues with the car. It was a first rate experience at North End Motors from the moment I walked in the door. BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a $35k Lexus, found out 3 days after the sale, it has a "grey market" vehicle with a foreign VIN! This should have been disclosed to me prior to signing their unbreakable contact that does takes away one's right to a "cooling off" period after the sale. Wow, lets of negative reviews of this place. Here is my experience with their service department and Herardio. I brought my Acura in to fix some issues going on. They convinced me to also change the serpentine belt which I agreed to. The car has 60k miles on it and I assumed that replacing the belt was standard. The next day the serpentine belt exploded and my car would not work. I called, Herardio and he gave me the name of their tow place. The tow truck took it away and they fixed everything. I did not have the car for a couple of days but they gave me a rental. Everything was fixed and I did not pay an additional dime. I appreciated that. Yes, these guys are sales guy, but that is their job. When I said no to a couple of things Herardio left it at that and did not push. My experience with them was A-ok! read more

I just bought a 2012 Volkswagen CC with 21k on it fully loaded for a really great price. I traded my 2002 cabrio and got a fair trade in value for it which made everything easier. I had a great salesman I highly recommend, Phil Cocio, who has been there for 4 years and really knows the cars. He is very helpful and honest which is hard to find these days. I had a very easy purchasing process and financing was a breeze. Thank you North End Motors for my great 1st time car buying experience and I look forward to coming back for more services and check ups when needed. On the bright side, I did get a reasonable price on a 3 year C300. Other than that, it was a very disappointing experience. The sales people abuse your time so plan on spending half a day in sitting in an cheap chair staring at the water stains on the ceiling and trying to figure out where that funky smell is coming from. Then plan on waiting a week or two for your "Approved Financing" to be actually approved. Then the financing they provided was through ALLY BANK and it was a NIGHTMARE. Customer service is a offshore call center that reads scripts to you as long as you are willing to waste your time and straight out lies. It took three months and a inquiry by the MA Attorney Generals office to get them to refund over $9000 dollars that they owed me. read more

I purchased a car in March of 2017. I was guaranteed good tires they promised nothing less than 50% (which is kind of ridiculous if you ask me considering their strict no negotiating policy but it was my first time buying a car). Now 7 months of having the car it's a instant regret. I have tire rot on all 4 tires and was told that tire rot is not covered under my 3-1 warranty. Does this dealership know what tire rot is? and how it can be extremely dangerous especially with the cold weather approaching. All 4 cannot hold air and I am constantly filling them up every other day. I contacted the service department to address the issue and they told me they can fix 2 with holes but I would have to pay 400 for the other 2. I drive the car regularly to and from work so its not sitting in my driveway so I am not the reason for the tire rot. This is what you get when you google tire rot Is tire rot dangerous? Dry rot can cause tires to lose air pressure quickly. The small cracks can open suddenly and with no warning, causing a tire blowout. Sidewall cracks may also cause a rip in the sidewall. Sometimes these rips separate the tire from the rim. A tire's sidewall absorbs impacts with the road. Yet to North End motors they don't see this as a issue. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for now don't make the same mistake I did stay away from North End Motors!! read more

NEGATIVE: Three weeks ago, we bought a 2017 Cadillac CT6 from NorthEnd Motors, having dealt with salesman Mike Morrison and their finance manager Sunny. My original review was positive but in the interim that has since subsequently 'soured' dramatically! During the financing part with Sunny he offered to sell us and extended aftermarket warranty and told us that for this car qualified to cover nearly everything beyond normal wear and tare items. I then specifically asked Sunny if it covered the exhaust systems Catalytic Converter, he said that it did. The day we came to take delivery of the vehicle, we told them that we wanted the extended warranty coverage plan for $2,500 additional. But as my wife was looking through the policy terms there was vague and confusing terms written and it appeared that Sunny gave us misleading information about the Converter, and that it was NOT covered. After some back and forth with Mike and then Sunny, Sunny assured us that it would be covered, even thought the policy said otherwise. I told Sunny that I wanted that put in writing so that there would not be an issue going forward or down the road. He said he'd have to get a letter from the warranty company and that would take about a week. In the meantime, they credited us back the $2,500 until we could get this matter resolved and he would be back to me once he had it. When I received and heard nothing further, I started calling Sunny leaving at least 3 to 4 voice mail messages to please call me back - But he never did! I then called Mike about the problem and I asked that he personally see to it that Sunny calls me to resolve this. That went nowhere! In exasperation I then decided to escalate this to their General Manager and called him about the problem. Again, I got voicemail and never got the courtesy of a return call from him either! Finally, I wrote a text to Mike Morris' cell phone explaining my dissatisfaction in that no one was giving me the courtesy of getting back to me and instead everyone at NorthEnd Motors was ignoring me! Once again, Mike has never responded to my text message. Needless to say, I was outraged at the discourteous post-sale behavior and the misleading information they gave me to close the sale on a $31,000 car! This is NOT how you earn a customer's business! So, I now am taking back the kind statements I had previously posted and say instead "BUYER BEWARE"! This is clearly NOT how you treat a customer, and in my view, it is about the rudest thing that you can pull after you make the sale and then leave the client high and dry because you just don't care! It is a very bad business practice when you refuse to respond and not call a customer back! I have since given my warranty plan business to another company, and I am now left with a really bad taste when it comes to NorthEnd Motors.
