Could not have asked for a better server than Jeffrey. I'm a foodie, details matter, get it right, don't bring me cold food or overcooked eggs- he took care to make sure we ate well. Apps were memorable- Maple Sausages, French Toast Flight, still haunt me. Sausages cooked in Maple syrup, not revolutionary but these be good, satisfying. French toast bores me- but this was deep-fried producing satisfying texture & savoriness, finished w/ berries, cream cheese, peanut butter. Monte Cristo had salty ham, gruyere, sour cherry jam on croissant- nothing really needs to be said beyond yum! Disappointed they didn't have the SPAM flight. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I used to get the beesting boneless wings (used to be fried and very saucy) they had a great spicy flavor. I would also get the cheese steak egg rolls those would be fried nicely and cut on an angle served with a spicy ketchup. I had ordered that thinking that's what I was going to get, but this was honestly cafeteria food. Chicken is soggy like frozen chicken you'd get from Walmart the sauce is soaked into it. The eggrolls were served with marinara sauce. Over all not what I was hopping for. And almost $30 for that was very insane. I'm not sure if there is new management, but they need to bring the old food back. Overall would not go back and not worth the price when I could've gone to Walmart and got this.

Table visit from owner who shared history & vision of space & desire for us to see place as a comfortable spot for repeat business. Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp app- 'twas delicious! Firm, decent-sized, shrimp w/ crisp, salty, exterior of bacon served on smear of aioli. Patty Melt was a simple presentation; 2 thin smash patties, 3 buttery-grilled pieces Texas Toast, & patty sauce which appeared to be just a ketchup/mustard mix. I'm used to a little more going on w/ my patty melts- fried onions, Thousand Island, something- but I'd be a liar if I didn't say it was tasty & I would order it again! BP Cheesesteak, again, simple presentation, but well executed. Beer battered fries in place of chips for upcharge. Dishes priced a bit high for what's presented. I'd like to see a few more menu choices (if there are Specials they weren't mentioned during my visit) in order to make this a routine dinner spot vs. occasional bar lunch, but I look forward to a return visit!

She really made us feel welcome and we really enjoyed the chill atmosphere outside. As for the food, I got their seasonal BST (bacon, spinach, tomato), which uses fresh local tomatoes from a nearby farm. The tomatoes on the soft bun, with thick pieces of bacon, a bed of spinach, and this sweet yet savory sauce had me in a chokehold. If I didn't live so far away, I'd probably come back again later this week. I didn't even get to try any of their grilled cheeses so I'll definitely be back.
