They picked up my car charge me 268.00 for towing and 125.00 surcharge. i was less then 7 miles for where they keep the cars that they tow. And then 60.00 a day for storage. The guy that pick up the car was rude the people at the place are rude. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I had the car picked up and moved to a different place. (dedicated towing) the young man and they only charge 140.00 for the same distance. Unfortunately I have to put 1star. But in my book 0 stars. if you have an accident. If I could give them a 0, I would. I had a very, very disappointing experience with North County Towing. My vehicle was towed and when I picked it up there was a significant amount of damage close to $2,400. The damage was not present prior to the tow. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and professionalism afterward. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive, rude and unhelpful, offering no meaningful resolution or willingness to take any responsibility for the damage caused while my care was in their care. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Towing companies are entrusted with people's vehicles, and this experiences showed a complete disregard for proper handling and customer service. read more

These people are used to enforce my HOA parking rules. Dragged my four wheel drive with the front wheels on the ground which destroyed the transfer case. Wouldn't man up and take responsibility claims to have done it right. Bad enough raping me for $350, but top that off with thousands of dollars in damage in the process tells you everything. Towed my mother's car 1 week after she died. Apparently she forgot to put the sticker on before she left us.... horrible people.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with North County as far as towing. They recently helped me out with an accident and they also service my community in Glen Burnie. Their drivers rock and they even took me the extra mile and down to the body shop where my car is being fixed, as opposed to my address. They are a top notch towing company and a pleasure to deal with. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences with North County Towing. The tow truck drivers are respectful and careful. I'm not familiar with the impound fees if you park illegally and get towed but the fees to tow my vehicle at my request were very reasonable and when compared to other tow companies in the area ~ they were less expensive. I'm glad that the tow companies like NCR patrol my neighborhood. They keep cars off of the fire lanes and add to the safety just by being present. I think NCR is great and will keep using them! read more

The lady that I talked to hung up on me and told me to fine somebody else. I wouldn't recommend anybody to use them.

Be sure to review towing laws and requirements before paying NCR towing. They are simply a predatory towing company so don't give them a penny if you are towed without knowing your rights. Also, do not give them legitimate business, with break downs, etc. as they don't need it, with their unfair and illegal practice. They were left with egg on their face, with a customer who challenged a tow. They don't seem to understand basic towing laws, and that it is not okay for them to tow wherever they believe they can make a few dollars. Shameful company and employees. read more

I would've given them 0 stars if I could. I had my car randomly towed from in front of my house at 4am. My parking pass wasn't 'properly displayed' but everyone in my neighborhood knows my car. I then played this back and forth telephone game with them after I picked up my car from the sketchy looking 'office' and lot. They towed my car incorrectly and lied about using skis. I had to put my car in the shop the day I picked it up and leave it there for two additional days. Once I mentioned bringing a 3rd party into the case they picked up the fees but before that they just kept telling me they did nothing wrong... horrible experience. I spent an entire day back and forth on the phone and 2.5 hours at the car shop just to get an estimate/figure out what was wrong and then find out that my car was not drivable at all. read more
