Horrible experience Called about a 2020 GMC terrain . Drove an hour to get there, Sorry it's not at this location. You talked to a call center and they don't know. Hour 30 wait but I have theses u can look at while u wait. Terrain came it had deep scratches on all 4 rims and 8 inch deep scratch on driver door.we're not taking no $$ off I can buff out rims . We're going lose $$ now.. Lady I talked to said is clean no damage . Smh ok Wife liked the 2019 lincoln nautilus . 14k more. Ok will they work with me on the price? Nope we're losing $$ on it too . It's what it is take it or leave it. What you want to do? . Ok can you at least detail it . Ok in or out smh Really. Picked up vehicle it's on empty wife drove home , gas light came on 6 miles away. Texted north coast when I got home after my wife stopped and got gas . oh u can come back tomorrow and we will fill it up and detail it . Me I'm hour away. Them ..It's up to you if you guys want to come back out or not. I can get you an extra detail for you as well. If you're in Warren it's about an hour drive. They Said alot No discounts no we're not working on price. It is what it is we're a used car lot if u want clean you have to go buy a new one. We're losing $$ . What u want to do? I should've left . Wife wanted it. BUT, Thank u for your service. 47k car . I Felt like I was buying a 2k car off Craigslist . Will never go back.

I purchased a 2013 audi q5 from ncoast June 2016, of course since it was my.first luxury car i wanted the top warranty.pkg, it made my car payment go up but that didnt matter... Here its.2019 i had just hit 70k and my emissions light came.on...barry told me the stipulations of my warranty and for once i fit all and all was covered..i dropped my.car december 12 at 8am, they never offered me.a.loaner.car, my.93 yr old granny had a massive.stroked dec.11 and we all.hate depending on others for a ride espcially to work, im telling my story to everyone and they kept saying call them for a car.. So.that saturday the 14th or monday i finally did, this is what i was given, i was like something to get me to work, it wasnt COMPARABLE TO WHAT I DROVE I WAS SET BACK.14 YRS, the svc advisor chris in days never called me.i was always calling him and EVERYTIME HE WOULD.SAY I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU, i had just met chris and could already tell he was a liar and con artist because he would hesitate EVERYTIME.BEFORE HE TOLD.ME.ALL THIS BULL 1. The car i was given was all they were able to give me.as a.loaner, thats a.lie as.dec 23rd i told him.off so badly i went from a 2005 wrecked nissan sentra, 2 cracked tire rims, 2 front bald tires, filthy key chain My.first.day driving to.work in the sentra i.was almost killed as it was a bad ice storm, the car was so.low.i was hurting my.lower back getting in and out of it each day, but i.had. a way to.see.my.granny ay hospital and a way to.work...despite all backlash from.everyone shocked i would be done this way. 2. In between these 9 days bryan who was amazing from the insurance.company called me with a DETAILED EXPLANATION AND ASSURED.ME.ALL WAS COVERED AND HE WOULD GIVE THE OK to start fixing my car and i would have it back by CHRISTmas. Another lie from chris because he was so.hesitant : he sounded like he didnt even believe what he was telling me and that he knew.it was the wrong thing to.do So.i called chris dec 23rd lit his fire and basically i have done his job and mines at my place of employment the last 9 days.he went with his lie i was just about to call u, he said audi hasnt started on your car as their labor per hr is $134 an hr and i would have to.pay the $700 plus difference ALONG WITH MY.$100 DEDUCTABLE WHICH DAY ONE NCOAST TOLD ME WAS ALL.I WOULD HAVE TO PAY is my.deductible. I said chris i need my.car as i return to.work jan 2, he said i will.let them.know to.start at audi, i.immed called bryan who called chris back and told chris in my language basically dont fuck candice up cause yall fucked up. He told chris this lady has done everything right and ncoast is trying to get 700 extra dollars out of her and right at CHRISTmas and thats not fair Bryan told.chris.the insurance.would.pay half and ncoast should..pay half. Chris called me.back after bryan.saying he had great news all.around from me about 700 and from.my.earlier lashing of another car,  Upon my arrival i kicked chris alot.of knowledge about good old fashioned BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE The whole problem is ncoast sells luxury vehicles.but not able to.service.them and.want to.charge.the customer for.the dealers rates, DFMUCUFU, basically.dont fk.the customer up cause yall fkd up, i told.chris invest in the machine which he says is specific to.audi, well work their rate into.the insurace pkg then id never have had convos.and id have already paid into.it, i spoke to.a finance person at ncoast with that idea. I told.chris use this as a learning tool He says they never encountered.what was wrong w my car, he also.said because their business is growing so.fast they not.focused on customer.service i said that should be FIRST AND FOREMOST AND IF THEY CREATE A POSN I CAN SPEARHEAD IT. I apologized to.chris and gave him a hug and i told him i will retract MY DECEMBER 16TH.REVIEW WHICH NCOAST HAS NEVER POSTED INSTEAD THEY EMAILED ME.SAYING RESPOND TO EMAIL, I EMAILED THEM TO.SEND ME. This is my FIRST and LAST time I will purchase a vehicle Online! I was looking for a white ATS Cadillac and it was not available in my area. I decided to purchase a vehicle online from North Coast Auto Mall of Bedford on 05/07/2021. At first, I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to help me with the online purchase. Bub (Michael McDougall) sent video of the car in interest with great details including inside and all sides outside the vehicle. Grace was the sales person that I worked with. She was very quick with providing information and getting everything processed. My problem did not come until I received the vehicle. When Bub provided video of the vehicle it was not cleaned. I asked Grace twice to confirm that the vehicle would be detailed prior to me receiving and was told that it would be. The vehicle was delivered within a week to my residence. First thing I noticed, the vehicle was not detailed. There was dust on the dash and steering column, floors needed vacuumed, found grocery lists from prior owner under the seat, and still had the expired oil change sticker on the corner of the window. There was dirt all over the car, even the tail pipes were black (which should be chrome if cleaned.) Before calling to discuss I wanted to make sure there were not other issues. When I turned the car on the "Check Engine Oil Soon" warning was on the dashboard. This was not shown in the videos I received. Of course, I thought that all dealerships serviced and inspected their used cars prior to selling them. But should have known the oil had not been changed as they did not even take the time to remove the sticker from the window reminding the last owner to change the oil. My vehicle comes with locked wheels. They failed to tell me that and when asked they did not have a key. Nor did they offer to replace the key for the locked tires. So, when I'm ready to get tires, or if I have a flat, I will have much more to go through. The BIGGEST problem I had was the fact the air compressor did not work. There was NO COLD AIR! Being the first time purchasing a car online, and the fact that the vehicle had less than 30k miles I did not even think to question the air not working!!! Before contacting the dealership, I already had an email from Bud stating that he found out the vehicle was shipped before it got detailed and if I would get it detailed and send him the receipt, he would reimburse me. I also had an email from Travis Burgess (Operations Manager) that needed more information from me to get the tags ordered. I replied to them both to let them know of my issues. They responded stating to get the oil change and the detail and I would be reimbursed. Then I scheduled for a local dealership to inspect the air compressor and it needed to be replaced. Luckily the car was still under the manufacturing warranty, so I didn't lose money there. They suggested places to look for the key for the tires but did nothing more after that besides ignore all further questions about how to handle the missing key. I had the oil changed and the car detailed and sent the receipts to both Travis and Bud. I provided those receipts on 05/25/2021 and I have yet to receive a reimbursement. At this point I am not getting responses through email or getting calls back when I leave a voicemail. I also have not received my plates for my vehicle, and it is now 07/28/2021 (82 DAYS) and have already made two payments on the vehicle.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from them. The car on the outset seemed good, they gave us all the paper work and Carfax. But soon after going home we realized it was a a façade, they first failed to tell us there was 3 yrs and 35,000 miles left to the factory warranty. They sold us the Titan plan, without divulging this information. Within three weeks we heard a knocking sound took car to them and was told it was a motor mount. They kept our car for three weeks, replace the motor mount, gave us the car back and by the time my wife got home it was worst. She took it back they held the car for a month saying something wrong with transmission, they said they fixed it. We got it back and 2 weeks later it wouldn't go in reverse , they had to come and tow it, kept the car for two MONTHS and finally had to replace the entire transmission. They're service department in BEDFORD IS THE WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE WE EVER DEALTH WITH. They are rude spoke too us disrespectfully and lied to us. The car is having steering problems and possibly a bad head gasket. We took it back ( totally our fault, to think they would be professional, they were not). The General Manager I spoke with encouraged us to go elsewhere and blew off the rude and unprofessional behavior of his service dept in Bedford. If you are looking for a car RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AWAY FROM NORTHCOAST AUTO MALL. They're service is hilariously the WORST I ever encountered. Their management team does not give two craps about your opinion or concerns. Do not buy from them go to the dealer.

Run don't walk to the nearest exit. I found a car online I was interested in I called to inquire if it was still available, the woman Nana could not answer the simplest question concerning this vehicle. She stated she'd call me back in 10 minutes to let me know if it's still available. When she called she said it wasn't and could not give me a good reason why it wasn't. She said she'd TEXT me... (really) over the next few days when it was accessible to test drive. When i clicked on the link I had texted to my husband. I saw they had raised the price in the time I was on the phone with them by$1000. I called asked for a manager. No one ever came back to the phone. I texted Nana with my concerns and screen shots. Im still waiting for a response. SHADY!!!

NCAM was nothing short of fantastic in working on my purchase of a 2016 BMW 340 Msport in beautiful Estoril Blue. I never leave reviews, but people must know how great they are, especially since this was an out-of-State online/phone purchase. Mo...You're the man dude! He was in constant contact, answering texts and sending detailed video of this awesome bimmer. He went above and beyond what I thought was possible with communication, which is why I'm writing this. Get this: I had 3rd party inspect Tuesday. They sent paperwork Wednesday. I sent it back Thursday. They received Friday. Car shipped that day and arrived in Jersey Saturday night. Again, Mo is the man. The car is exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier. It's fast, gorgeous, fast, and exactly as described (probably better) and I'm proud to wear the NorthCoast plate frame around my tag. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them (Ask for MO). Thank you NCAM. I'll never forget the experience. Btw: ASK FOR MO!!!

Every time the warning comes on, the alert signal goes off as well. When I previously brought this concern up, I was told that if the light comes on and then goes off, it is "fine," and that I could only bring the car in if the warning stayed on for days. That response is unacceptable for a new vehicle. On top of that, my Blue Link stopped working on Sunday. I called repeatedly on 5/18/2026 trying to reach the person who originally set it up for me, but I never received a callback. I called again on 5/19/2026 and still got no response until I requested to speak with the manager. After explaining everything, the manager, Drew, stated that he oversees all departments but that it was "not his job" to help fix my Blue Link issues or the warning signals on my dashboard. Instead of showing empathy or trying to help find a solution, he spoke rudely and dismissively. A responsible manager should know how to communicate professionally with customers and help resolve problems, especially when dealing with a new vehicle that is already having issues. Ironically, the employee who originally helped pair my car with Blue Link treated me with far more respect and professionalism. He listened, treated me like a human being, and offered possible solutions for my car concerns. Drew's attitude, lack of accountability, and poor customer service were disgraceful. Based on my experience, he is not fit to lead a team or manage customer concerns.

New Don't waste your time by going to this dealership. I…read morebought A 2020 Ford Ranger from Jason a sales person there two weeks ago. Since then, my truck has had transmission, steering , suspension problems, and then the brakes they said they just replaced startedpulsating and the vehicle was extremely hard to stop. When I called Jason to go over the brakes, he said, " well, The brakes were working fine when the truck left here and you'll have to pay for a diagnostic fee." He basically insinuated that it was me and the road conditions not the fact that brakes are bad. I've been driving for 30 years. I've had lots of vehicles. I've never had one like this where the brakes pulsate this badly after just being "replaced." I took my truck to my local mechanic and found that Car Connection had put new brake pads on my truck, but put them on very warped rotors. I had to have all new rotors and now new brake put on the truck. The brake the dealership put on weredestroyed by putting them on top of bad rotors. The mechanic checked my truck out and found that my oil was basically black sludge (Jason had said they just changed the oil ) and the air filter was so clogged that it was starting to have major engine performance problems. I would think changing the oil and an air filter are pretty basic things to do to a vehicle that had just been "serviced and ready for sale." if they didn't do that, what's the likelihood they did anything on my truck?? . On top of that, my sales person was extremely arrogant and condescending and has had a chip on his shoulder since I made them discount the truck $2000. And by the way they do discount vehicles, even if the sales people say they don't. They absolutely will, you just need to be tough and be ready to walk out. What a horrible experience, I had told Jason of the financial I was in when I bought this vehicle. He my problems 100 times worse. Do not go to this dealership. They are the typical used car lot that's in it for a buck; nothing more.
