I had to write this review as a very small token of my appreciation for Chromagraphics. I live in…read moreSt. Louis, MO and came out to help my friend with a huge music festival. Somehow, the printer she had used for years, could no longer do it, and we were only 3 days out! It was absurd that we needed 2500 copies of a full-color 16 page program. I frantically called several printers, and several told me that there was no way they could do it, and several gave me prices that I knew were economically impossible. I frantically called Kim, and she was kind, knowledgeable and very understanding. She quickly got a quote for me, and within a day and a half, all 2500, beautiful programs were ready for pick up. I hope everyone knows the gem they have in Santa Rosa. We will all be forever grateful.

I wanted to write this review based on the EXCELLENT customer service and quality of work we have…read morereceived from ChromaGraphics. We have used many printing companies in Santa Rosa from Small Private companies to Office Supply company printing centers. Each time it has been a frustrating and challenging experience. We found this company when we were looking for invitations to be made for a client event. The representative came to our office listened to what we were looking for and had great feed back and ideas for our invitations. Our invitations came out professional and exactly how we had envisioned them. We just received our new stationary and envelopes and once again we are completely satisfied. Additionally they were delivered right to our office. I would highly recommend using ChromaGraphics for all your printing needs large or small.

Ivan is amazing!…read more It was Saturday. I had a meeting Monday and desperately needed my art book and sculpture business plan printed to present to a group I was meeting with for the first time. I googled printing companies and found Santa Rosa printing. They were closing in an hour! I called and Ivan offered to wait until I could arrive, because the files were too large to email. Holy moly, the print job was incredible! Great detail in the images! And he had them ready for me in advance of my meeting in San Francisco! He really went beyond. I am so deeply appreciative and cannot thank him enough. Thank you Ivan!
