The owners greeted us and were extremely nice and hospitable. They even gave us a bag of newspaper to use as fire starter. We stayed in the Villa but there are several other cabins on the property. It was dog friendly and there was a volleyball court and cornhole on site. Inside there was a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, and 2 double beds. You do have to bring your own bedding and towels but they have blankets and comforters. The place was clean and well taken care of. There was a stand up shower and the water does smell but I'm sure that's typical of the area. There is a small grocery store and bar within a 10 minute drive. Each cabin has a rowboat or you can rent a motor for it. There is also a fire pit with chairs that you can use and also a grill. One recommendation: bring toilet paper and dish soap/a sponge. They did provide one roll of toilet paper but that was it and there were pots and pans to use but nothing to clean them with. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and feel we got a lot of value for the money. Can't wait to come back!

The Master Bedroom bed felt like a concrete slab. And what they don't show you on the website is that 3 out of 4 beds are actually in an attached garage & literally placed next to the Inn's storage area of vacuum cleaners, towels etc. Speaking of supplies, they don't even supply toilet paper. At least they were kind enough to supply a fly swatter, so you could swat at all the flying insects landing on you while you're trying to sleep in a garage. Then the cleaning lady busts in the cottage the next morning to do loads of laundry during your stay. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but we couldn't handle 1 more night and chose to stay at another hotel. If you make the mistake of staying at this place, BYOTP (bring your own toilet paper) and be prepared for a rough night ahead. Before writing this review I brought my concerns to the hotel owner. Multiple times now we have called at 6:00 a.m. and they have not been., sometimes until as late as 7 am. They've also changed the price 3 times now, we were first told that it was $9, the next time it was $11, and then $10. That's without any extra stops. If you're going to own the business you should not list your business hours as one thing and then continuing to open at a later time. Especially when it's transportation company, people depend on these kinds of companies to get them to important places on time, like work for instance. That's pretty horrible business practice.
