I would highly recommend them and would use them again. I interviewed three moving companies. These guys impressed me the most. They called me back immediately and had the clearest pricing plan of any company in the Buffalo area. The day of our move they were on time and kept me updated on their arrival. They individually covered everything dresser, table, and bookcase to protect them. At the end of the move there was not a single mark on my walls or on any of my personal items. Most important these guys were respectful. Our move took all day and I never heard a bad word or inappropriate language. You always worry inviting a stranger into your house. These guys introduce themselves and we're polite to my whole family. Good Neighbors Moving was an excellent choice for our move and I would highly recommend them to anyone. These guys are professionals and take pride in their work.

First off, we were a little surprised at the price--seemed very fair--not used to seeing that. From the time they quoted my parents they fulfilled every promise exactly as stated and on time. Every person they dealt with was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Once the truck got here I had the pleasure of dealing with several employees at the Tonawanda office. Lisa, Jerry, Kevin and Ed--all incredibly helpful, professional and enthusiastic about their jobs--just a wonderful experience! I did not dread calling, I never had any problem or concern that wasn't handled immediately and satisfactorily. I will be moving in the spring and I will not have to look too far to find movers! I would not hesitate in recommending this company! Moving is stressful, there is no way around that fact, but ABF made this as easy as humanly possible and my entire family really appreciates that!

Thursday was packing day, and a crew of three arrived precisely on time and packed up our house incredibly quickly and efficiently. Friday was the actual move, and the crew was again punctual and efficient. They arrived around 9am and by 11:30am we were fully moved and unpacking. We did a virtual walkthrough a couple weeks prior to the move so they could give me a ballpark estimate, and the final price wound up being about $30 under the estimate; pretty damn close. The best endorsement I can offer: I had a remote meeting Friday morning as the moving started which I took in the backyard so I was out of the way. I kept seeing my husband wandering around out of the corner of my eye, so I muted my audio to see what was wrong. His response? "I'm bored. There isn't anything for me to do, they're just taking care of everything." They really went above and beyond -- helped bring a bulky arcade cabinet that we weren't moving up to the garage from the basement, and even assisted with arranging the placement of rugs in the apartment so they were sorted out before piling on furniture and boxes. When we got settled and unpacked in the new place we found not a single thing was broken or damaged. I was impressed that beyond their obvious competence everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a painless moving experience.

They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week. I give them my highest recommendation for price, professionalism, and being very considerate with my belongings. Reach out to them for your moving needs, you will not be disappointed.
