He received a text back that said the bus was broken down and they would not be able to pick us up. This was an hour before we were suppose to leave for the wedding and two hours before the ceremony. This place is unreliable, and unprofessional, they should no longer be in business. Do not give them your money, because not only will they not perform the service you paid for, they will not give you your money back.

When we told them why we were canceling, they responded with "that is impossible" and "that could not have been our company." They even went so far as to say that it must have been a different company even though the receipt says "Metro Limo Rides." The man we spoke with on the phone asked us if we were the ones who left the bad Yelp review. He became very upset at us and said we would hurt his business. We responded with "we could have died" and he simply ignored that and continued to demand we take down our review. Interestingly enough, the day we spoke on the phone with the company and they demanded we take down our Yelp review, a new Yelp account (Noman S.) was created and left a 5-star review. Seems suspect at best. Rather than addressing our concern that their driver fell asleep at the wheel, the company denied this ever happened and got mad at us for possibly hurting their business. There is ZERO reason to think they will change their business practice meaning driving with them is unsafe. Protect yourselves and use any other company out there. - Unsafe drivers - Management who cares more about business than safe drivers - Fake Yelp reviews being put up This is a no-brainer.
