I do not use travel agencies and gave Aloha travel a try for a dream cruise. They planned a 7 days Croatia cruise for a group of us on a 17 room ship. Everything was planned and no detail was missed. Delayed airline flights -no problem. Aloha travel texted us and had transportation to the boat changed. The cruise itself was outstanding and far beyond my expectations. I can't believe that I've not scripted a review. Jenn, Alex, and ???? so sorry I forgot I'm 76 in 30+ days give me a break. Needed an emergency flight to get to my son who suffered a massive heart attack, and while falling to the floor he had a stroke. In a coma for 2 weeks. Aloha was there all but holding my hand. Patrick is improving daily. Slowly wins the race. Had to take a break to see my only friend in Tennessee. Again Aloha was there on the spot with everything I required. I called upon Aloha Travell today and am happy to report they exceeded my expectations and then some. At the last minute, I had a major problem with my impending flight on Delta Airlines. Calling Delta was futile due to the wait time to speak to an employee was over TEN HOURS!!! Frantic I tried every trick I knew to get speak to a real oxygen breathing Delta employee. Nothing worked. I grew increasingly agitated as I simply was up against the ugly reality of having to catch a flight in 24 hours that I really needed to push back seven days. In desperation, I called and left a hail mary call to Aloha Travel. I left it in the voice mailbox for " Jen ". Bear in mind I did not book my flight with Aloha travel. I had never spoken with anyone at their office. I was looking for a miracle by reaching out to Aloha and I got it when Jen actually called me back within 15 minutes. My quest was simple. Did she have a " secret " number that she could share with me to help me reach out and speak to a live human being that could help me rebook my flight before it was too late? Jen listened to my plight and pledged she would do what she could to assist me. Remember...I'm not her customer, just some guy looking for help from a total stranger. I won't bore you with how both of us spent hours on hold with Delta until I was finally able to make contact and get my problem resolved. The point of this story is that Jen from Aloha Travel literally reached out and was a caring human being to a person she had never worked with before, had no history of relations, and she still spent two hours on hold trying to help me and my problem. Who does that? Answer? Jen from Aloha Travel. Honestly, if she treats you that well when you are not even her client, imagine how special she would treat you if you and she were doing business together???? I feel blessed to have spoken with her and will never forget her kindness and sincerity as she did what she could to help a total stranger. 5 STARS!!!! read more
