Jennifer Lennox the owner and one of the travel agents at Simply Enchanted is the absolute best in…read morethe biz! She has now assisted me with three fantastic trips The latest was from Nov 30 to Dec. 4. It was to Universal Orlando. My hubby an I love theme parks an were very excited to check out Epic. Jennifer helped plan every detail from assisting this indecisive traveler in what on property resort to choose to alerting us to the VIP tour at EPIC to making dining reservations and booking our travel to an from the airport. I used to think like many that I could be my own travel agent an yes you can do it yourself but I realized I did not have the years of experience. That is what Jennifer brings an she once again created the perfect vacation for my husband and I. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to plan a 5 star getaway!

Simply Enchanted did a great job on the Costa Rica trip for my family of 4, and a disastrous job on…read morethe subsequent Europe trip. Almost all of the tours and activities they scheduled for us had timing and description issues. For example, they booked train tickets for us and on one very stressful day, they told us the train left at 10:37am, but actually it left at 9am and this was the only train for that day to our desired location. Because we had at this point experienced chronic time issues and description inaccuracies, we independently checked the departure of our trains on the European train websites and this was the only reason we didn't miss the train. When I pointed out our disappointment, I received an abrupt email that said they would not refund any money (I had never asked them to refund me money in anyway) and that they will not plan trips for us anymore. Truly confusing and they have horrible customer service. Do not recommend! You can definitely plan a trip better on your own.

We were making a sorta-last-minute vacation overseas, and I tried booking all the flights by myself…read morethrough various websites (expedia and similar, plus the airline websites themselves) and it was exhausting trying to get together the right combination of flights. And, since it was just a few months away, prices were climbing (literally) by the hour. We had never used a travel agent before, but had heard good things from friends, so we decided to hand it off to Classic Travel. Our agent was Mendee; I told her what we needed and she made it happen that same day (it might have been while I was on the phone with her, but that was months ago now and I forget. I just remember it was fast!) It was so simple. Not only did we get a great price on the flights, but it included car rental! (Which we thought we'd have to do separately.) I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mendee and Classic Travel. I wouldn't book another vacation without going through them.

We wanted to visit Disney World as a family for the first time and reached out to Nicole to help us plan our dream vacation for our two sons (5 and 8). This would be their first trip to Disney and we wanted it to be a complete surprise. She provided her expertise about Disney World and gave countless recommendations and a lot of help throughout our planning and booking process. Nicole was easy to contact, provided quick responses and was always easily reachable. Her pre-planning prior to our trip helped set us up for a successful first family trip. Nicole's help was invaluable to us! She helped with dining reservations, airport transportation and lightening lane bookings. Nicole reached out prior to our trip to see if we needed anything prior to our departure and reached out SEVERAL times during our trip to make sure our trip was going smoothly and everything we dreamed of. We will use Nicole again and encourage all families and individuals looking to travel to Disney to use Nicole's services. She's absolutely fantastic!! She's already helping us plan our next trip and we just got back! We can't wait!!
