However, we scheduled and The plumber was to show up between 800-1100am. Noon rolls around and no one showed up, no phone call, no text! I called and come to find out that the plumber was on "another job" and they haven't heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that if you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!

Kimberly then called back 3 times.We answered the 4th call, she disputed the fact that she yelled at us which indicated that she listened to the voicemail. Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior.
