Identical plates: 16 oz porterhouse steak, eggs over easy, hash brown potatoes, and fruit. Iced tea.
Mike S.

Went here for lunch with a work partner and we both decided to get the same breakfast. We got the 16 oz porterhouse steak and eggs (over easy) with hash browns and fruit. It was delicious and mine was cooked a perfect medium rare. Our server Robyn was awesome, friendly and courteous. Restrooms were very clean and the whole place looks clean. When I'm in the area again I'll be back.

Norms is pretty consistent, service is efficient. My husband loves their pancakes. I've been ordering their Bigger Better Breakfast sandwich. It comes dry so I ask for a side of mayo. The bacon here is terrible, like you'd get at a convention or hotel breakfast buffet. Cooked in large batches and hard/dried out. They have a good fruit cup, nice mix of fruit and not just melon. We have the app so usually there's something for free. Today was $10 off.

Brunch with my gal friend and I ordered the club with avocado. Big parking lot and they were busy. Please come and create your own adventure.

Split pea soup, messy presentation.

Norm's is a staple to the local community with their good size menu and fair prices. On this occasion I had the surf and turf. The strip was battered well and cooked nicely. The steak was tender and cooked medium rare. The split pea soup was a bit watery and messy appearance, but the flavor was good. The service was slow and it wasn't a busy night. Overall, good enough.

We love our Norms, it's our diner version of "Cheers." Joe was our Server today as he has been many times. He is very smart, warm, kind, attentive and fast. He remembers us and asks "Where have you been haven't seen you for awhile." He instantly remembers our usual order and confirms it. I wanted to give him a shout out today for being so wonderful because he deserves it. Great food, great service. We heart our "Normies."

After dental cleaning appointments, Diane and I went here to mess up our pretty teeth with breakfast items. I had a Classic Breakfast with two good Sunny Side Up Eggs that were almost runny but not quite, very flavorful Turkey Bacon Strips, fine mostly crispy Hash Browns, and buttered Sourdough Toast. I washed my food down with a Large Orange Juice that tasted fresh brewed. Diane ordered a So Cal Breakfast that she liked, with Scrambled Eggs and added cheese, Bacon, Hash Browns, and Buttermilk Pancakes, in addition to two cups of Hot Chocolate. It was too much food for her, so the pancakes went home. Seating was comfortable, prices reasonable, and service very good, except our waitress brought me different jellies than I had asked for. This is a solid place for breakfast food.

My wife and I stopped in while she was meeting with a colleague for lunch. We seated immediately and it was apparent this norms was recently remodeled. They did a really good job! After reviewing the lengthy menu, I decided on their Cobb salad with a bowl of soup and garlic toast while my wife went for three pancakes. The soup came out relatively quickly and was very delicious! I always do like a good Navy bean soup! Our meals came out and my salad was absolutely a fantastic presentation as was my wife's pancakes! Not only did that Cobb salad look good, it taste tasted great! Sometimes Norm's gets overlooked; however, they are consistently good and reasonably priced!

came here after snowboarding as i was craving a burger and we didn't get back into town till very late so i decided to try norms for the first time since it's open 24 hours haha. the inside is very similar to your local dennys or ihops and has that kind of old school diner feel. our server was nice, but don't expect top notch service at these kind of establishments (unless they really love what they do or interacting with their guests). food was alright, honestly a lot better tasting and quality than dennys. my burger was a little on the dry side and could've used a bit more sauce but the flavor overall was decent. onion rings were really good though, super crispy and delicious! my boyfriend's steak eggs and hashbrown plate was pretty good as well. he asked the steak to be done medium rare and i'd say they did a pretty good job for how thin the meat was (almost like a skirt steak). eggs, hashbrowns, and hot cakes (not pictured) were also good too; can't really go wrong with those though! i'd come back if i was craving some american diner/breakfast items late at night again.

Norms has always been very consistent for me. The service is always fast and the waitresses are very attentive and friendly. The food is solid for what it is, I recommend downloading the InKind app to pay for your check, they always give it out deals and cash back!

Came in for cheeseburger specials and pancakes today and received HORRIBLE service. They never came back with refills or if anything was needed. Then they double charged the pancakes and refused to remove it off the bill. The manager said, "first you eat them and then complain?!" Accusing my mother of STEALING pancakes?! He eventually removed the second order that we never ordered meanwhile the server was reapplying lipstick behind him while he was accusing my mother! They embarrassed my mother over their own mistake! ABSOLUTELY the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Norms I hope you address your employees to be professional my son who witnessed this could not believe how bad your employees behaved.

We've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The service is always quick and kind and you can't go wrong with the food! $30 for all our food and drinks.

I'm sorry but I really gave this place a shot. We came with an open mind but they just didn't perform well. We only asked simple stuff like plates with no food marks or the correct order. But the staff just couldn't give us what we asked for. We asked couple times for clean plates but they were always dirty and still have some dried food on them. Food is just okay, but they didn't get my order correct. They gave me the wrong side dish like twice.. Ugh, we just got to the point where we didn't ask for clean plates anymore because its useless.. it was crowded when we arrived, and there were a lot of people celebrating something. The vibe is just ok.

The only one she loved is a little far out called LJ's, so I decided to gamble on District 36. I met the owners when they first opened, good people who know what they are doing. The next gen trailblazing the way for Little Saigon. Saw they added a breakfast burrito, so I called in a to-go order: sausage + bacon + avocado (Valentine's Day splurge ). Gamble paid off. She loved it. This isn't just another bacon-egg-cheese wrap pretending to be special. They use tater tots instead of regular potatoes, so you get crispy + soft instead of mush. The sausage is the real twist, Vietnamese style, like bún chả pork: slightly sweet, savory, garlicky, lightly caramelized. Then the surprise: pickled veggies inside. That acidity cuts the richness and balances the whole burrito so it eats lighter than a typical gut-bomb breakfast burrito. It ends up tasting like a true Viet-American diner take on a SoCal classic, comforting but aromatic, familiar and sooo goood. Nice to finally have a worthy breakfast burrito option closer to home.

The raichi drink was good and the miso carbonara was creamy and the proportion of bacon to pasta was perfect. It is super cute inside as well, but the service was kinda slow because they only had one server for all the tables. I think it's important to compare this to Ini ristorante because I think with this place being new that it is quite similar to Ini especially with the japanese italian fusion concept. I would say it is basically the same price if not more expensive than if you were to go to Ini and I personally think the food, ambiance and service is better at Ini than here. So in the future, I would be open to going back and there was nothing wrong with the restaurant, but I would definitely choose Ini over momonoki just cause I feel like I get more with how much I spend.

That said, the people were super nice in both places. You can tell it happens often. We went right as it opened, and we got seated right away. The menu is via a QRC on the table. We ordered 3 things - vongole pasta. Previously they offered it uni but this one had claims and shrimp. We also got the pesto and the calamari. Calamari was crispy but it also was slightly too salty and seemed to be a lot of batter. The calamari pieces were small. The pesto pasta was okay, but the pesto wasn't the traditional pesto. I couldn't put my finger on it but it must've been the dashi. The udon was cooked well though. Soft, definitely not al dente. This vongole was the biggest miss. It had a taste that we also couldn't figure out, but it was not enjoyable to eat. We left the meal very dissatisfied. The friend I went with, who has gone before, also agreed it was disappointing. As someone who hates to waste food, we were very close to leaving nearly half of each dish there. My friend ended up taking it back. Later that evening, we both were feeling off. Idk, perhaps it was a coincidence. In the end, it was a truly sad experience.

We made a reservation for a Saturday night and were so excited and it really did not disappoint from start to finish. We got the puff bread with cultured butter with honey and furikake. OMG. I just... how can something so simply taste so delicious? Definitely a must try. We paired it with the salmon crudo and caprese with burrata. The salmon crudo was good, not blown away, but the caprese. Mmm! It came in a ponzu sauce and was this beautiful blend between Italian and Japanese flavors. So good. For our mains, my husband got the Seafood mafaldine and I opted for the Mala lamb pizza. This was such a unique pizza flavor, the hot honey sauce it came with tasted like a spicy, sweet curry and the pizza itself was delicious. Crispy crust, a little bit of cilantro for freshness. So good. To top it all off, we got the Blueberry pavlova and hazelnut cake. Both of these were incredibly indulgent and absolutely worth it. I think we were full for a whole day off this meal. To wash it down, I had the Highball with Suntory whiskey and a Calamansi Sidecar. I loved the assortment of Japanese whisky here, the cocktail menu was more tastefully curated than just trendy. On top of an excellent meal that I will be salivating over for a while, our server Danny was great! Super attentive, friendly, helpful and just a delight. Highly recommend!
