When I picked it up, I was charged for 3 hours labor. When I returned to ask about this, the father could not come up with an explanation, and said his son (who did the work) would call me back. The next day the son called me back and very rudely told me that he was so skilled that he did a 3 hour job in 1 hour. I use to be a mechanic and I know how these jobs should be billed. Because this job isn't in the labor guide, and they weren't able to quote me beforehand, it should be charged for time actually spent on the job, not whatever number they magically decided to come up with. I don't care about the money, but its the principle of knowing I was cheated. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they chose not to.
