My daughter (who's in culinary at school) had actually made pupusas in her kitchen lab that same day, so she convinced me we had to try them -- and she was right. They were absolutely delicious and the perfect appetizer to share. For our entrées, she ordered the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans and said they were really good. I had the garden green salad topped with grilled shrimp and grilled chicken -- so flavorful! The sauce on the salad was amazing, and I also ordered chimichurri on the side, which made it even better. The service truly stood out. Our waiter was welcoming and attentive, and we even had two managers stop by to check on us, which made us feel valued.
