I've been to the Toms River, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Old Bridge stores. Toms River is my favorite of the 3 and Old Bridge my least favorite. Sometimes I find great deals and sometimes I don't. You do have to know your prices though because there have been items I passed on things due to knowing I could do better elsewhere. They used to have Pantene shampoo often at lowest price anywhere but I haven't seen that in a while. I got a better deal on a brand new Hamilton Beach K-Cup coffee maker there a couple of years back which was cheaper than Amazon and Walmart at the time. Don't go with expectations and just look thru the whole store. I always leave with several items even if they weren't a thought in my mind prior to walking in.

I have a movie theater/man cave in our basement and I love that I can find the perfect decorations every time I walk in this store, from sign for the walls, to cushions, trinkets or covers for the sofa and chairs, not to mention the little items like small decorations of plants, or just items that fit what I am looking for, or didn't know I needed. But I was at the mall earlier in the day before I got the email and they wouldn't help me to get my order. While I was there. They said they were too busy. Meanwhile, three of their associates were just milling around the store chatting with people. Not even helping them. Just having conversations and laughing. The lady behind the register told me that I could just cancel my order and rebuy. Everything that I wanted. Told her I didn't want to do that because I used rewards and it got complicated and I asked if she could just fulfill my order now. She wasn't busy at all and neither were her co-workers. She said they had too many orders to do that. I tried to cancel my order online and it's practically impossible to even find where to do that. I use their online chat. They said it was canceled but it's not canceled. I keep getting emails to go pick up my order but I'm not planning to go back to the mall at all in the near future. Just a bad experience and very unhelpful woman behind the register. And then I heard her talking bad about me to another customer.

I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.
