During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! They replace our pads and calibrate the swamp cooler every year and are clean, efficient, easy to work with. Brandy always does a great job setting us up at a time that is convenient and solves any minor problem immediately. They even winterize the swamp system and reboot it come spring with fresh filters--no fuss, no mess. Three trucks showed up one afternoon, got everything done before lunch, and left with no traces behind . If only every contractor could be that efficient! A few years back they replaced our entire HVAC system and our electric bills dropped by almost 40%, and the system has never given us a moment of trouble. They didn't stop at the unit--they replaced our old ductwork with a high-efficiency ducting system. The airflow is reprioritized (they explained that's why some rooms were always hot and some were always cold), and the temperature throughout the house is noticeably more even. Great design, skilled installation. There prices are always competitive and they were will to work with us to get the most out of the limited budget that we had.
