I dropped it off February 16th and on a follow-up call they said they were waiting on a part, a door moulding, that would "hopefully" arrive March 18. After I fussed at Geico several times they got me a rental car. There were no economy size cars available so I had to pay $5.99 per day out of my pocket to rent a camry. My Geico claims agent told me two Fridays in a row that my car was ready for pickup. Is Gatorland Collision lying to Geico or is Geico lying to me? Either way, I have no car and I've already spent a fortune on the rental car and Lyft rides over the past two months. My car is in pieces and the pieces are piled inside it. Why did they have to destroy my car to fix a small dent in one door?!? The car has been left open for 2 months. You can see raccoon footprints on the seat and it looks like mold is growing on the upholstery.

I specifically raised concerns to GEICO about the driver-side front tire and suspension. The shop told myself and GEICO that the tire only needed air. After picking up the vehicle and getting on the interstate, I immediately felt abnormal bumping. I pulled over and discovered a visible knot on the outside sidewall of the tire. The vehicle had to be towed to BMW of Tallahassee for a proper inspection. BMW identified over $4,000 in additional damage that the body shop failed to address, including: * A damaged tire * Two damaged rims * Additional suspension-related issues * Evidence that the undercarriage was never properly cleaned, including remaining deer debris from the original accident This means I was released a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. That is unacceptable. Repairs should prioritize safety, and this experience caused unnecessary risk, stress, and additional costs. I would strongly urge others to seek thorough independent inspections if using this shop.

Because of the seriousness of what occurred, this matter is now being addressed legally, and the individuals involved will be named in a lawsuit.
