I had a very concerning experience with this body shop. My vehicle sat there for nearly a month…read more When I was finally told the car was repaired and safe to drive, it was not. I specifically raised concerns to GEICO about the driver-side front tire and suspension. The shop told myself and GEICO that the tire only needed air. After picking up the vehicle and getting on the interstate, I immediately felt abnormal bumping. I pulled over and discovered a visible knot on the outside sidewall of the tire. The vehicle had to be towed to BMW of Tallahassee for a proper inspection. BMW identified over $4,000 in additional damage that the body shop failed to address, including: * A damaged tire * Two damaged rims * Additional suspension-related issues * Evidence that the undercarriage was never properly cleaned, including remaining deer debris from the original accident This means I was released a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. That is unacceptable. Repairs should prioritize safety, and this experience caused unnecessary risk, stress, and additional costs. I would strongly urge others to seek thorough independent inspections if using this shop.

I will only use a first name Mr Randall did the specifics as he was checking the car asked for key Fob to check the mileage etc. Upon checking he noted that because the vehicle was so new there should be a warranty on the painted issue I was having. He said if you can come back I can probably buff it out. can't do today he buffed out most of it did not charge me anything took him about 15 - 20 min he gave me more advice as to what happened and what I needed to do being the person I am I still felt he deserved a gift I had to practically force him to accept anything.
