Tom was prompt in visiting the property to evaluate the condition of the roofs (2) and always timely and professional in communication. After he visited the property we exchanged a couple emails to finalize the statement of work. Twin Metals price was slightly higher than other roofing companies, however, it was Tom's professionalism and timely communication that won my business. Tom and his team were onsite within a couple weeks to start work. I was onsite during the first roof replacement (day 1) and the team ensured safety around the building, was efficient, friendly and responsible (protecting neighboring properties from falling debris). After day 2, I arrived to check on the state of the 2nd roof and the condition/cleanliness of the property. I was very pleased to find my property as well as adjacent properties in better/cleaner condition than when Twin Metals arrived. I can highly recommend and will call on Tom and his team of Twin Metals roofing if/when I need roofing work in the future. Thank you Tom and the team at Twin Metals!

Not happy! In September, 2023, we got a new driveway from Theriault Paving. It has been a trying…read moreexperience, to say the least. The driveway looked good until the first rain, when we noticed a hump in front of one the garage doors. It was channeling water into the garage. We called. Three weeks later they came to fix it. Their solution was to cut out a 10'x10' area in front of the door and apply a rough looking patch (see photo). We spoke with owner, Dave Theriault, and three weeks later he arrived to inspect the job. Dave said "That looks like sh*t!". I also showed him where the asphalt was lifting and where car tires (light weight cars, too, like a Kia, and my Husky lawn tractor) were leaving marks in the surface and where the asphalt was crumbling. In 2024 they came back, cut out the house half of the bad driveway and repaved the whole thing. Unfortunately, they did NOT remove the entire surface, as Dave had promised. Instead, they paved OVER it. Now my driveway is 4'-6" ABOVE the landscaping (something we told him we DIDN'T want when we contracted for the job to be done). And the driveway does not meet the town's requirements so it has failed inspection (somebody at Theriault Paving failed to get or convey the requirements for a driveway, I guess). In October of 2024 we met with Dave and the town road inspector. Dave then promised they would have this resolved in May, 2025. It's mid June and nothing is done yet. It's been almost 2 years since this started and we have an unsatisfactory driveway that sits WAY above our lawn (like a runway!), making it tough to mow, the edges are cracking because there's no edge support and the surface is starting crumble and give way to tires, again! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. They have decades of experience but it doesn't show in their work or follow up with their customers, so far. Dave has been apologetic but follow through and workmanship is greatly lacking.

We wanted to have a patio built and had a very clear idea of what we wanted. I was able to provide the layout to Scott and he got his team to work. They finished the patio pretty quick. They installed a french drain, some shrubbery around our properly and did the patio in less than a week (2 days of which were raining and they could not do work). Not only is the retaining wall bowing but the bocci court is not usable due to shotty work. Mind u this work was done 4 weeks ago. A few more rain storms and the wall is coming down. Dirt delivered was supposed to be clean. It's not clean its filled with glass and other debris. Over 5 calls into owner Scott with absolutely no response. I do not recommend this contractor.

I was approached by a gentleman named Steve who was looking to get some additional business in the…read morearea from another job close by. At first the price seemed high for one medium size pine tree (over $2k) but then he said he was willing to discount me if I added an additional tree, regardless of the size. He said he wanted to be "fair and honest to local members of the community" and said he would come within days since they were down the street doing another job. Instead of days...he came within 24 hours and communicated extremely well to make sure I was updated and aware of the time and price it would be done for. They were in and out within hours of cutting down two trees (minus picking up the massive logs which was the next day). They did a great job overall...cleaned up after which barely left a trace. They didn't destroy much of my yard either which was impossible considering the size of the trees they cut. I can't say anything negative except if you are only looking to get one tree cut, it might be higher than cutting multiple due to equipment travel and cost to get many of their guys out.
