I used to go this store a lot because I am living across the street, I went to the store last night around 8.00pm and was waiting in front of the cashier ready to pay at 8.35; I was in rush to go downstairs because I needed to buy some pad for my dog; the lady inside of the register area was doing other stuff which I cannot tell if it is related with her job, there are 4 or 5 customers including me was waiting patiently to pay, and I was the 1st one who should be serve; about 8.50pm, this lady called another customer from the opposite of where I was standing, then told me that I was standing in a wrong spot where I always pay my stuff in the previous visits; then I politely asked her "Can I pay 1st? because I have been standing here for like 10 minutes and you saw me but not to tell me that where to go." then she said "no you can't because I already called someone else, you have to go queue up again." and when she said that, she used a scornful tone and rolling her eye balls; then she turned around and nicely asked the other Spanish lady to come and pay. I am assuming it is because I am a foreigner?? so I should not be respected from this lady or something???? Words can not explain how bad I felt at that moment. Nordstrom please, can this lady not to discriminate others? I hope the company can train their stuff better and that lady needs to know how to treat other people fair. read more

nordstrom rack, it's about time! i was awaiting your opening for quite some time. the rack has a lot of goodies you normally find in nordstrom stores at cheaper prices, what's not to love about that? the catch, of course, is that things may not be the latest trend, but hey- you can still find good deals. seven jeans, citizens of humanity, rock & republic, etc. are all discounted, and this denim is always in style. this rack didn't wow me with their shoe selection, that's the only downside. well, that and the terrible parking. nordstrom rack, you are A-OK! read more

If this store was anywhere but in this mall with the super scary and cramped parking garage, I'd give it 5 stars. The store has lots of designer labels like BCBG, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, True Religion, & Betsey Johnson. The store was organized but not as spacious as the other oupost in the Palms in Kendall. Employees were corteous and handled the crowd very well. I hardly had to wait in line to get a fitting room or pay at the register. I bought a pair of Joe's Jeans (they had about 8 different designer jeans including Seven, True Religion, and Citizens of Humanity), Wacoal lingerie at more than 50% off, and a few tshirts at $9 and $14. I can't wait to go back to get a smashbox make up set or shoes. read more

The only bad part about this Nordstrom Rack is the location: it's less than a mile away from my house!! This has to be the most organized and friendliest NR I've been to. The employees are all very friendly and the racks of clothes are constantly being fixed by them. They are having a great sale and have tons of items on clearance! read more

I had heard about these stores at Sawgrass or of course the real Nordstrom's in other high end malls (I believe I even deigned to walk through one once in Dadeland and was pleasantly surprised to notice how the staff made an effort to notice me, to then diss me. It still counts as a "you were here" in my book.) But my goodness and jiminy crickets - who knew there was a mecca to shop and still feel highbrow with Nordstrom's still in its name!? I mean shopping at Marshall's allows me to pretend I'm back in Chicago (home to the real miracle mile) shopping at Marshall Fields, but then again - we all know better. Nordstrom's Rack is the real deal - posh and yes pricey, but certainly with a must have rag that is do-able on the budget. Well let's be clear, it's Nordstrom's - there's NOTHING here you really need - but the way the name brands are presented (didn't some of Kanye and Kim's guests wear this very couture at the "wedding"??!), they all certainly feel like must haves - yes, every damn shirt on every overcrowded rack. As other shoppers/yelpers have noted, and sagaciously might I add, you do need to cover a lot of ground here and coming prepared with a plump wallet, walking shoes and an extra size shopping bag to store goodies in (or shoplift if you're that adept) are all must haves. The shoes are wonderful. The shirts and slacks are divine. The colognes and perfumes are heavenly. To me, shopping at the Nordstrom's Rack was truly a religious experience. Just to say "hi" to Jesus, I'm sure to go back!!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with some aspects of this store... First, the store was very well organized. While I didn't find any clothing that I liked, I'm sure that this is the kind of place where you could find some cool stuff if you frequent enough. Second, they had an amazing selection of sunglasses for more than reasonable prices. Third, their shoe selection rocks!! They had Sam Edelman sandals for under $40 (normally priced at $60+). Some other brands you will find are Dolce Vita, Enzo A, Nine West, Steve Madden, as well as some higher end labels. They also had some great handbags at good prices. I'll definitely come back. Some gems, but you need to browse smartly otherwise you could spend all afternoon in there and only find junk. *Their best women's section is active wear/exercise clothes: Great selection of Nike, Adidas, and Zella work out clothes. Cheap tennis outfits! Found some great skirts for under $10 from Nike and Zella that retail for $55 or more. There seemed to be a bigger selection of clothes in either XS or L/XL. *Great selection of Spanx for the lowest prices I've ever seen. *Lots of Stilla makeup in gift/combo sets (like a pallette with 4 color options in cute packaging for $10 instead of $40 retail) *Shoes are hit or miss (if you wear a really small or really big size, you will have better luck. *Nothing in purses but some LeSportsacs with odd/ugly designs. A super friendly sales associate told me some GREAT TIPS: TIP #1: Lots of times the best pieces are misplaced on racks in other sections (like the racks in the section for more conservative, older women (where they have Lauren Ralph Lauren, Eillenn Fisher, etc., or on the cheaper brand racks in the Juniors section). It was in this section that I found the best pieces from the Contemporary section that had been mis-racked by shoppers/employees. I actually think shoppers try to hide items so they can come back later to buy when the items have been further dicsounted. On the old-lady racks, I found 2 great work-tops from Theory for $14 and $40; a work-top from Milly for $20, and a Nanette Lepore sweater for $29 (compare to $200 or more retail price). TIP #2: Ask the dressing room attendent if you can go back to the re-stocking room in the dressing room, where employees are sorting and organizing clothese that customers tried on and didn't purchase that day. The sorting room is sorted by section and sometime size. I went to the Contemporary section rack back there and saw pretty much the best pieces (about 50 pieces) from the thousands of items on the rack. Why search yourself for hours, when other shoppers can edit down the merchandise for you? TIP #3: The saleslady who helped me had great style and was my size. She told me that the employees scoop up most of the highly sought after items/ best values (i.e. Tory Burch Revas; Ferragamo flats, DVF and Kate Spade dresses, Vince sweaters) the day it is shipped to the store and before it's ever put out on the racks. The saleslady who was my size, now calls me when great items come in that she doesn't want. When I come into the store, she points out where those great items are on the racks. In turn, I rave about her to her manager. The lady at the locked/glass case jewelry section also alerts me when new Kate Spade jewelry (my favorite costume jewelry) comes in! TIP #3: Many of the Norstroms Racks receive the exact same merchandise, so alternate sizes can often be found at different stores. I found a great pair of Cole Haan air nike pumps but they were too small. They located them for me in the right size at Town and Country Mall and Orlando from which the shoes could be sent to me! TIP #4: You can shop online at www.nordstromsrack.com. Discounts weren't as deep, but there were some cute dresses for %60 off. TIP #5: Nordtrom Rack has two types of merchandise: 1) items that come directly from Nordstroms, and 2)items that designers make specially for Nordstrom Rack that never show up in normal Norstroms. The items that come from Nordstroms are higher-quality and generally what you want to be buying. Look on the price tags on the clothes. If you see a colored stripe on the tag (which indicated what clothing season the item came from), then you know that item was once in a real Nordstroms. No stripe, then the items was made straight to outlet. Example, in the intimates section, there is a display of Hanky Panky underwear in a slew of colors that sell for $11-$12. These items were made straight to outlet (no tell-tale colored stripe on the tag) with questionable quality and strange colors. You could get the same item in normal colors/styles from Nordtroms for just a couple dollers more. read more

Generally, I Love Nordstrom Rack- who doesn't!?! This one is not my favorite, but it does the job. Beware of the parking garage, it is free, but it is poorly designed and will test your patience. It's a spiral structure similar to dadeland station, but the lanes are very narrow and the walls/partitions are pretty high. In a city with notoriously inept drivers, this was a horrible idea - epic fail! Also note, there is no street parking, but Nordstrom Rack is in the same shopping center with a Marshalls, Hooters, DSW, Ulta, Petsmart, and a few local vendors. read more

Not the best Nordstrom rack if you're a guy. The section for guys is really small and everything there is for the XXL. Theres some stuff here and there but you really gotta search. Theres some selection on dress clothes and shoes but really thats about it. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have come here soooo often since it first opened up. You can find so many cute tops, jeans, dresses, shoes, purses, pretty much anything for both men and women (especially women). I really appreciate the good brand clothing that is available in Nordstrom but at more reasonable prices here at the Norstrom Rack. I have bought countless amounts of shoes, shirts, jeans, shirts, and accessories including Michael Kors watches at $75! I'm definitely a true fan of this store! read more

I've visited this location on a couple of occasions--sometimes just to browse and also on my quest for denim shorts. Although I didn't find any shorts that I liked (and they even had Paige denim!!!) this store would qualify as one of the best of the Nordstrom Rack locations! It is very well organized with a variety of labels. I always find some jewel on the sale rack. I spent a grand total of $35.36 for six crop tops. A few of these were as low priced as $3 and $4 dollars. You can imagine my enthusiasm when walking out. I found this Nordstrom Rack to have both better items and prices than the Matshall's Store upstairs where I saw a couple of the same items at higher prices. This is also a great place for students and sorority girls to buy Rush items with a plethora of adorable dress offerings! My only wish is that the accesories and purses were a bit more reasonsably priced as they still seem to be on the higher end. All in all, I always seem to walk out of this store enthused and with more items to stuff in my overflowing closet. read more

I adore nordstrom! but sometimes the prices are a little over my budget. When your looking for a great place with great prices, nordstrom rack is the place to go. Its a little off miracle mile and has a huge parking garage. Its not the only store here though. There is an ulta and a dsw as well if you want to do some shopping during your lunch break :) i came here and got a bunch of cute dresses and tops at a pretty good price! read more

Went in today to return some items I had purchased online and was able to do so after a pretty short wait time (less than 5 minutes), and by some friendly, helpful staff. This is not my first time here, and the only reason I docked it a star is because the clothing sizes are not as organized as some of the other Racks I have been to. Turns out they are short staffed. However, those who do work there are extremely helpful. read more

This wasn't one of the bigger-better Nordstrom Racks I have been to, so i was a little disappointed with the selection.

This store is very organized and neat, however there is very little selections for each sections. I drove 15 minutes from downtown Hyatt Regency and was very disappointed to come back empty handed. If you're a tourist from California this store is minuscule compare to what you'll find in any California Nordstrom Rack. read more

I love this place! My favorite thing to shop for there is shoes. In particular, they have a great selection of Sam Edelmans. I also found great deals on jeans and bags. I used to visit the Nordstrom Rack in Mall of the Americas but it was so chaotic! The lines were long and the actual store was always in disarray. This new mini mall on coral way is a great location for Nordstrom Rack. The store is well kept and because of the size of it, it never gets too chaotic. If you want great deals, go here! read more

Do not buy there. They sold me a damaged piece of clothing and wouldn't take the return because they said I damaged it. Unbelievable! You are better off buying at Nordstrom and paying the regular prices. Not worth the headache! read more

this is a great place. they have a great selection for men and women. i actually came to find sunglasses because i remembered they had a huge selection last time i was here. i was disappointed as the selection (still big) has shrunk.
