Better Day asked us our list from highest priority for areas to clean and then they really delivered. It helped us keep up with cleaning since then but hopefully we'll be able to schedule them a bit more regularly for the deep cleaning because they really got some water spots we honestly thought just couldn't come out from our shower. I so appreciate the services they provided bc it honestly felt as though we'd never get our house to this level of presence.

I used their service in the past and it was satisfactory. They quoted me a number to come out…read moreagain to do a more comprehensive job and I agreed to the price and time. They were supposed to come out on two separate occasions to clean our windows and never showed or even called on both! Their conduct was both unprofessional and quite rude. The very least they could have done was to just pick up the phone and let me know that they had decided not to do the job or reschedule for another time. This conduct inexcusable and very unprofessional. I contact them in both cases and the first time the excuse was plausible. The second no show time the excuse was not realistic and obviously made up. I was curtly told that he would check on why the crew did not show and get back to me and he hung up immeditally after that statement. The "crew" consisted of the father and son! He would then not accept any calls until I called from another number. Again, rude and curt with no real excuse. After calling back a few other times and directly going into voice mail I gave up and decided to go this route. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

When the guys showed up, they were friendly and personable. We offered to help them move some of the furniture but they said they were alright. Of course they did ask Chris (my uncle) about what his preferences were for the heavier furniture and OK'd everything before they began. My girlfriend and I, Chris, his wife, and three daughters went out to get a bite to eat and spend some time in town while we waited for the job to be done. When we got back, the carpet looked great! Both sets of stairs were done. The rooms smelled and looked clean, and the worst stains in the basement were gone! The carpet also dried quickly, too, so they must've used some of that more advanced technology with less water. I'm impressed! And since I'm being more active with my Yelp account now, I figured I'd give these guys a good review. Definitely give these guys a whirl! As I understand it, they also have a guarantee, so... you can only win. Plus, their friendliness and professionalism showed me that they really mean business.

I'm actually surprised with how thorough the cleaning was yet still better priced than any of the chain carpet cleaners. I never caught the owners name, but I will definitely be a repeat customer.
