We want to gratefully acknowledge the first class service we received from the SPMUD team today…read more Over night we had a severe sewage backup inside our home which left us frantic to find a plumber. We remembered a note in one of the SPMUD's newsletters that asked customers to call them first if they had sewer problems. We called and 2 crews came to our rescue. The dispatcher was amazing and had a the field supervisor and a team of technicians at our door within 30 mins. The technicians worked tirelessly in stormy weather until the problems were resolved. They were professional, friendly and conscientious. We are so incredibly thankful for their help. SPMUD must be doing everything right to hire and retain such super heroes!!! A heart felt thank you from us!

They got my business because they were willing to service my owned propane tank free of charge if I became a routed customer. Today Steve & Casey came out and fixed the regulator on my tank, I was expecting a charge of over $300 for this repair. When I asked if I can call the payment in to the office, he said no charge. During a time when money is tight and everyone is feeling it, I really cannot express my gratitude for this company. For as long as I have propane, Hunt will be the only company I trust.

Like most, I wish I could put a negative on the stars for PG&E, however, in order to even write a review you have to give them a 1. My bill doubled since this time last year. NO lie, $450 in June 2023 and now $850 in June 2024. We have actually been using a ton less energy this year in attempts to avoid higher rates but it doesn't seem to matter. We are always in the "red" for energy usage even though we are well aware when to use and when not to use our appliances. Even when it was over 110 degrees, we kept our house a sweltering 82 degrees. We have even had PG&E come out to assess our meter and any other possible malfunctions, but it all checked out. I am 1 income in a small, single story house, with a husband and 4 young kids. These bills are becoming unmanageable. PG&E needs to be stopped!!!! Again, please sign the petition @ stoppgenow.com and let your voices be heard on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA!!!!
