We had Norbert come out to a second home we recently purchased to install some locks on our outer doors. He showed up on time, and with everything needed to do the job. The guy knows his stuff...he made adjustments to the size of the holes in our doors to allow a particular type of lock to work with them. He even corrected some work done by a previous locksmith. The appointment was set up over a week ago for a Saturday afternoon. Norbet the locksmith arrived on time and re-keyed all the locks and left plenty of extra keys.
