Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and a great dipping sauce to accompany it along with a generous serve. The smoked trout had crispy shallots that paired well with the betel leaves but there was only so much I could eat. Whereas the chicken curry on rice had a great flavour and easy to get more with all the lovely veggies. Their version of the mojito was super refreshing and could have easily ordered another, sat and people watched if we didn't have plans.
