It's got a nice ambience to it; the decor is sweet and the music is nice and even the chairs are ultra comfy and vary from table to table. The menu is as you'd expect for Thai, and the service was good. We ordered the Samosas, which really are just curry puffs. These were nice, but just needed a meat option like Chicken, for my liking. There was only vegetable, and I felt like meat was missing for sure. Having said that, the flavour was there and they were nice and hot (temp wise). The other entree my friend ordered was the chicken spring rolls which were lovely. Now the only issue with these two items, is that they come in two's. Most other restaurants have them in fours. We switched one out with each other, so we got one of each, but it left us kind of longing for more ... The main came out in good time and it was really nice. Nowhere near the best I've ever had, but they tried to put some effort into the presentation and it looked pretty. It was Chicken Fried Rice and if you have a Thai craving, it definitely scratched an itch. We didn't order dessert as the options were way too limiting, and also, we had to ask for menus as they weren't forthcoming (and restaurant wasn't busy), and so by the time that happened, it was almost too late to be eating that. Having said that, I'd come here again if in the area. It's not one of my favourites by any stretch, but they provide reasonable service in a cute and quaint setting and parking is easy enough and the prices are good. If you're in Port Melbourne wanting a good Thai meal, give this a go.

Best for takeaway, it can get a bit busy between 6:30-8pm most weeknights, and parking Bay Street is usually a pain in the arse. Dining in is pretty basic but the place is clean, airy, and full of light. In summer, try and get a spot at one of the tables out the front - probably best for no more than two or three people in any case. The staff are friendly and more than happy to accommodate requests. I've eaten here a few times now and everything has been delicious. It remains what it is, unaffeceted by extreme gentrification. Opposing the Caltex, and opposite Albert park light rail stop, Pacific rim remains a local favourite. The menu is considerable, and the prices pretty good for this day and age. There's quite a lot to like in the snacks/entree area too for takeaway. This place reminds me of my time in Thailand ordering food off those street carts. It's loud and hectic inside but it brought back a lot of memories. We ordered paw paw salad or papaya salad which was well balanced in flavours. The pork crackling on top was so good. Sour sausage is delicious. It has rice inside and I usually dipped in the papaya salad sauce to bring extra taste. The tom yum noodles was a bit different to what I'm used to. It didn't really taste like Tom yum. Mm and the dessert - sticky rice with durian reminds me of my mum who makes it at home all the time. But of course if you don't like durian, I dare you to try it!
