Moist, delicious, creative, beautiful! The inside layers were all rainbow-colored, each with a corresponding layer of flavor to go with it. For example, the red layer had strawberries and the yellow had lemon curd. At the end of the night, we even scavenged the leftover crumbs when all of the cake had been cut because throwing them away seemed like such a waste of something so amazing. We are so grateful for La Bella Cakery! They are artists who use flour and eggs as their medium.

Our cake was flawless with handmade flowers in our colors and pumpkins with a staircase going up all the layers and topped with a castle. She really listened to what we wanted and made it perfect! Oh and on top of it ALL her cake flavors are out of this world yummy it was so hard to pick a flavor but we settled on pumpkin spice as it was October. When we ate our top layer we froze to eat on our anniversary it tasted just as amazing as it did the day of our wedding. And talk about dedication- she delivered our cake just after the October 2011 snow storm when half of PA didn't have power and the roads were still not great and she still delivered it not only on time but early. I have to make this claim that their cheesecake is the best I've had in my life. Forget Cheesecake factory, this makes it hard to have self control!! I'm obsessed with their raspberry lemon. Their creme brulee is fabulous too. My partner's family added the lemon slices on top to make it pretty!
