Hoping this is the correct place, because the Nonna Napoli I went to was right by Eigelstein Tür I was craving some pizza, and not sure that I would find anything really good in Germany. I am used to New York pizza. The pizza here was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very helpful, even with the language barrier (hot pepper does not quite translate... apparently I had to say chili pepper). There are a LOT of Italian restaurants in Cologne. We tried way too many of them, but Nonna Napoli was by far the best. The service was excellent, the ambiance is really nice, and the location was perfect for our hotel. We liked it so much, we came two nights in a row. Our favorite dishes were the Napolian pizza and the Pistachio pasta with a buratta ball. read more
