Very unprofessional, I called. I needed my vehicle towed 10 miles to the location where it need to be dropped off. I explained to them when I called that my battery was completely dead. They sent Leo over he tried starting with a small battery that didn't get anywhere he tried another battery didn't get anywhere so he used his tow truck and it started. The amount they quoted me when I called was $205. I was never informed that there was going to be an additional $195 added because he had to jumpstart my vehicle. He told me this only when he already had loaded it onto his tow truck. I called and I spoke to him. He was very rude to me on the phone. I asked him to please just tell me why he didn't inform me of the extra charge Before he put my vehicle on the tow truck. He told me I don't have to tell you anything. I said you the owner of the company. This is how you treat your customers. He then says to me it sounds like all you wanna do is yell and fight. I said no, I just would like for you to talk to me and answer me. Why didn't you inform me that there was an extra charge? I never would've done it if I would've known. He Charged me the same amount to jumpstart my car the amount he charged me to tow it 10 miles. He ended up telling I could've charged you more if I wanted to and I don't have to answer anymore of your questions and hung up on me I have never been treated by an owner of any company in this manner absolutely uncalled for . What do I say about the tow company beside there just doing there jobs. It's still a hassle to get your car back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had them tow a vehicle from about 100 miles out of town. The original quote from one of their drivers was $6 per mile. The driver that ended up doing the pickup, then invoiced me a total of $6,300. I called the owner Leo and he proceeded to tell me that tow companies aren't scared of anyone and if we don't pay that cost they keep our property. What originally seemed to be a handshake deal ended up being a shake down. We had to pay their cost($27 per mile) to get them to give us our property back and are going to be having our attorney contact them to sue under a number of circumstances, no signed agreement, documentation, invoices. They essentially told us a number, picked up our property, and held it for ransom. read more

When he showed up late; after he hooked my car up he got another car for another tow. He then WITHOUT ASKING, went to pick up the other car, load it up behind mine, then go drop them off first. They waited about 10 mins and he had me waiting over an hour! Even after I told him it wasn't cool he was keeping me from getting dropped off with my car so he could make money off another tow. I called into non stop towing after calling 3 towing services that either didn't answer or only served businesses. I had a real person answer instead of a answering machine and they had two people get in contact with me within 5 minutes of me calling. Shoutout to Leo for showing up in a timely manner (about 30 minutes) and also letting me know his ETA. Overall great service, paid about 130 for the tow. Pricey sure but also the driver ended up puncturing my skid pan and caused $500 in damages. When I reached out to Leo to try to see what could be done, he was rude, tried to intimidate me and was highly unprofessional. I ended up suing and won. My driver was safe through every process of loading my van up and delivering it to the auto shop to get the tire replaced. He drove slow when he didn't have too. BEWARE! This company charged us $1079 to tow our dually Dodge truck 8 miles on a Friday afternoon!! They charged a $750 "heavy duty charge". Non stop towing towed my truck not even a mile and charged me 242.00. Crazy to charge that knowing people can't wait multiple hours. The driver of the truck backed it in my garage and hit the roof on top of the garage jam damaging the roof metal and breaking the antenna off. Now I know things happen so I figured they would get it fixed like a normal good company would. I contacted the company and they had me speak to Leo who said he is the owner. He said he is not at fault and I signed a contract stating he wasn't. I asked him to email me the contract he said he would. Never did, I have called many times and text his cell asking for it. Wont respond and has his staff say he's not in. Ok. Real man of him. This company will not take responsibility at all. So I have now contacted my insurance and an attorney. The process is started to gain the cost of damages and any attorney fees. Driver error crashing the vehicle into my house. Pics and witnesses also more proof of charging my card and chase fraud denied it so I had to pay cash. Leo seems to think I don't have the evidence of this. Do not use this company. My car broke down due to an overheating issue so I gave Non Stop Towing a call since they provided 24/7 service. I explained my situation and immediately the operator informed me it would be a 3 hour wait as Covid-19 caused issues with availability. I was fine with the wait time, but was concerned as the operator didn't have the courtesy to ask for my contact information. He didn't even ask for my name. I then waited for 5 hours till 2am in the morning and gave another call which immediately went to voicemail. My car ended up being stranded overnight and I was forced to have the auto shop near by fix my vehicle at an exorbitant expense when I could have done it for a third of the price at my house. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest looking elsewhere or even signing up for a AAA membership. read more
