We were stuck a good 40 minutes from home when our car started jerking and throwing codes. We had to tow it to the dealership. From Joe, who set up our tow to Leo who came out was a very pleasant experience. Appreciate they were able to come so quickly. Also a very reasonable price. read more

Non stop towing charged $400 to towmy car 10 miles. That's ridiculous! I've had the same distance tow done for $150.00!

I've used them 2x for my son's car. They were very professional and got the job done. I will use them again. Highly recommended!

Great service, Leo was here within 1-hour, I was not in a rush, I had a flat at my house. Leo is professional and friendly. Great work.

We were in a dangerous spot on the 215 highway in Vegas, Leo the owner came out quickly and got us and our RV out of a perilous situation. Loading and Towing our RV was not easy, but Leo handled it professionally and he was very courteous as well. Thank you again Leo!! read more

I was in a difficult spot in South Las Vegas. I honestly had no idea how anyone was going to be able to help but Leo hopped on it and got me out of trouble. He was up front and honest about everything. He was fast and very effective. I'd definitely recommend him. read more

Zero Stars!!! I don't know how there in business with there absurd and rude customer service skills. First off the asshole answered by saying towing! Second I asked if I could get a quote? He replied a quote for what? I said towing and never mind your rude and I can imagine how you would handle my vehicle, no thanks! His last words was we got nothing for you bitch! read more

What do I say about the tow company beside there just doing there jobs. It's still a hassle to get your car back.

Leo Esquivel was such a huge help today. My wife was in a really bad car accident and he was on time and helpful. Non stop towing really helped us out today and Leo made this transaction so easy. Thanks Leo you are the man! read more

Very unprofessional, I called. I needed my vehicle towed 10 miles to the location where it need to be dropped off. I explained to them when I called that my battery was completely dead. They sent Leo over he tried starting with a small battery that didn't get anywhere he tried another battery didn't get anywhere so he used his tow truck and it started. The amount they quoted me when I called was $205. I was never informed that there was going to be an additional $195 added because he had to jumpstart my vehicle. He told me this only when he already had loaded it onto his tow truck. I called and I spoke to him. He was very rude to me on the phone. I asked him to please just tell me why he didn't inform me of the extra charge Before he put my vehicle on the tow truck. He told me I don't have to tell you anything. I said you the owner of the company. This is how you treat your customers. He then says to me it sounds like all you wanna do is yell and fight. I said no, I just would like for you to talk to me and answer me. Why didn't you inform me that there was an extra charge? I never would've done it if I would've known. He Charged me the same amount to jumpstart my car the amount he charged me to tow it 10 miles. He ended up telling I could've charged you more if I wanted to and I don't have to answer anymore of your questions and hung up on me I have never been treated by an owner of any company in this manner absolutely uncalled for . I will for sure. Let people know never to use this nonstop to towing company because they will charge you what they want and not have to explain to the customer . read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had them tow a vehicle from about 100 miles out of town. The original quote from one of their drivers was $6 per mile. The driver that ended up doing the pickup, then invoiced me a total of $6,300. I called the owner Leo and he proceeded to tell me that tow companies aren't scared of anyone and if we don't pay that cost they keep our property. What originally seemed to be a handshake deal ended up being a shake down. We had to pay their cost($27 per mile) to get them to give us our property back and are going to be having our attorney contact them to sue under a number of circumstances, no signed agreement, documentation, invoices. They essentially told us a number, picked up our property, and held it for ransom. read more

My golf cart broke down and I needed a pickup in a parking lot to take the cart to my house 2 miles away. They tried to charge me 600 DOLLARS for a "specialty tow". After I complained they gave it to me for $400. They took advantage of me. After pushing my cart myself to a parking lot, while injured myself, that was the icing on the cake. Merry Christmas Non Stop, hope that $400 gave you all the wealth you so desire. read more

Leo was fast and professional. Made the whole ordeal as easy and painless as getting your car towed can be!

Leo lied saying he would have a driver to me in 30 mins. 45 mins later I had to contact the driver who said he was 30 more mins away. When he showed up late; after he hooked my car up he got another car for another tow. He then WITHOUT ASKING, went to pick up the other car, load it up behind mine, then go drop them off first. They waited about 10 mins and he had me waiting over an hour! Even after I told him it wasn't cool he was keeping me from getting dropped off with my car so he could make money off another tow. Smh. read more

Leo was outstanding. Came out of his way extremely quick and had a better price than the other companies I spoke to. Very appreciative.

Leo was the best. Felt safe and well taken care of. He took immaculate care of our vehicle and ensured it was delivered the right way! Called him up and a handful of other places he had the fastest ETA by far. And even got there quicker than expected. He was helpful and had good advice and info on what to do and where to go and was super friendly. Pricing was also superior to the competition out there. Highly recommend! read more

So once again my vehicle was stranded and once again for the second time non-stop towing came to my rescue. He is absolutely professional very caring very honest in the quote he gives you. He cares for your vehicles and he gets them where they need to go safe and sound. There were a lot of towing companies in Las Vegas to choose from and I chose this for the second time because of their great skill and customer service I will always use non-stop towing while I'm here in Vegas I suggest to the locals that they use non-stop towing I also would like to let the Tourists to know that if they need a tow while they're here they should use non-stop towing. Keep up the great work Non-Stop. read more

What a total rip off 375$ to pull my car out of a terrible's car wash that jumped the tracks . Took the guy 20 minutes and moved the car 20 feet didn't need a tow called the office to speak to someone in charge . Your really going to take advantage of a little girl in need of help by rapping her with your outrageous price . Owner I guess he was said it was a rescue retrieval fee?countless times told me I was being recorded and all trucks have live footage ? Like I was being dramatic or threatening towards him . Usually I say Yelp is for pus$y's but this is the only way I can tell people to stray away from this shit company . Said if I didn't pay he'd impound the car . Extortion...nice buddy if I would have been there in person I would have laughed at you and drove off . Guy in charge rude ignorant and just kept repeating himself till he pissed himself off . read more

These guys helped me on Christmas Eve jump my car so I could get to my family's house. They where very responsive and helpful.

I called into non stop towing after calling 3 towing services that either didn't answer or only served businesses. I had a real person answer instead of a answering machine and they had two people get in contact with me within 5 minutes of me calling. Shoutout to Leo for showing up in a timely manner (about 30 minutes) and also letting me know his ETA. Overall great service, paid about 130 for the tow. Definitely would recommend for anyone in the Henderson area. read more

Pricey sure but also the driver ended up puncturing my skid pan and caused $500 in damages. When I reached out to Leo to try to see what could be done, he was rude, tried to intimidate me and was highly unprofessional. I ended up suing and won. But he still has not paid for the judgment and nor is he responsive. Do not recommend and happy to discuss this will anyone who may need advice before dealing with Leo and Non Stop Towing. read more

My car literally quit getting onto the freeway. I called 5 different tow companies only to be turned away. I called Non Stop and they were very helpful. I was alone and they were very caring. Justin is the best!! I would highly recommend them. Justin put me at ease and treated me so nicely. If you need a tow call them first!!! read more

I had a slashed tire on my vehicle and I called Non Stop and they arrived pretty quickly. My driver was safe through every process of loading my van up and delivering it to the auto shop to get the tire replaced. He drove slow when he didn't have too. But he was making sure my van didn't slip off the tow since the meat of my tire was slashed. That was very professional and effective so thanks for your services Non Stop Towing! read more

BEWARE! This company charged us $1079 to tow our dually Dodge truck 8 miles on a Friday afternoon!! They charged a $750 "heavy duty charge". When we called the office, we were told that this was correct, and that the owner was out of the country. This is outrageous!! Will be reporting it to every agency we can. Another well-known company charged us $310 total to tow the same truck 15 miles (within two weeks of this tow). This review should have negative stars read more

Best tow company in town hands down, he was faster than quoted time and price was really fair. They saved me out of a bad spot on side of busy rd thanks nonstop towing and Justin for saving me will use u guy again if I ever need any tow or roadside service read more

Non stop towing towed my truck not even a mile and charged me 242.00. Crazy to charge that knowing people can't wait multiple hours. The driver of the truck backed it in my garage and hit the roof on top of the garage jam damaging the roof metal and breaking the antenna off. Now I know things happen so I figured they would get it fixed like a normal good company would. I contacted the company and they had me speak to Leo who said he is the owner. He said he is not at fault and I signed a contract stating he wasn't. I asked him to email me the contract he said he would. Never did, I have called many times and text his cell asking for it. Wont respond and has his staff say he's not in. Ok. Real man of him. This company will not take responsibility at all. So I have now contacted my insurance and an attorney. The process is started to gain the cost of damages and any attorney fees. Driver error crashing the vehicle into my house. Pics and witnesses also more proof of charging my card and chase fraud denied it so I had to pay cash. Leo seems to think I don't have the evidence of this. Do not use this company. Wait patiently for a good company to arrive. They damage vehicles and do not pay for damages. read more

My car broke down due to an overheating issue so I gave Non Stop Towing a call since they provided 24/7 service. I explained my situation and immediately the operator informed me it would be a 3 hour wait as Covid-19 caused issues with availability. I was fine with the wait time, but was concerned as the operator didn't have the courtesy to ask for my contact information. He didn't even ask for my name. I then waited for 5 hours till 2am in the morning and gave another call which immediately went to voicemail. My car ended up being stranded overnight and I was forced to have the auto shop near by fix my vehicle at an exorbitant expense when I could have done it for a third of the price at my house. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest looking elsewhere or even signing up for a AAA membership. read more

I called at 1:51am, I was told the driver was going to come in at 3:30am. 3:35am comes, so I call for the eta, the guy says an hour from now. I explained that I called earlier, and was told the driver would be there at 3:30am. He said, "I'm sorry we have other jobs to do". read more

My car wouldn't start after leaving a restaurant the other day. Thought it was the battery, as all Vegas locals know, car batteries only last a couple of summers in this town! Hubby came to jump me, but after multiple tries and no luck, his battery was now drained! We called None Stop Towing. Leo was so nice and professional, he tried to jump our cars, no luck, ugh! Towed my car to our mechanics, and then came back to get hubby's car to tow him. He even drove us home, as now we were both without wheels. Leo really went above and beyond. I took his business card, and will definitely call him in the future if needed. Hopefully I won't need to, but just in case.... Highly recommend Leo at None Stop Towing! read more

Over priced helped me out with tire change and charged me $ 280 for it. Would not recommend working with him.

Leo was great! I had called State Farm road side assistance and they sent a tow truck driver out who wouldn't go into the parking garage to get my car from the 4th floor. Leo was the only driver out of 3 towing services that would do it. If you ever get stuck in a parking garage with low clearance - Leo's your man!! read more

Quick, professional and friendly. If you find yourself in a pinch call Leo! Literally the best option in Henderson day or night.

My husband was broke down, his battery exploded while still in the car when he was driving. So he was stuck within 15 minutes of calling Leo he was saved and that's big because we had temperatures of 110 today and my husband Jeff never carries water. I am so thankful that Leo showed up and helped my husband. I'm very thankful because I have waited for at least an hour to 2 hours just because I locked my key inside a car or for a tow in heat. So thank you Leo for taking care of my husband we will always reccomend you! read more
