My review would be to not hire this company and if you're truly considering this company, please…read moreread all the way through. -My grandparents hired this company based on the recommendation from a neighbor of theirs, as we were moving them from Yuma, AZ to Tucson, AZ. Three individuals showed up to help pack the house and moving truck, but we only had an issue with one of them for the most part. -The tall guy that is supposedly the owners son made rude and condescending comments from the get go about my grandparents belongings and how they hadn't packed anything. Mind you they are in their 80's & 90's with health issues and we had only arrived the day before to help pack things. -The tall guy at one point became irritated that he couldn't figure out how to stack items in the moving truck, so my husband had to take over to insure that items fit and were not broken. The guy actually said we needed about 50 more moving blankets so each item could be covered ‍ that proved to be untrue. -At one point the tall guy became very upset that a heavy item needed to be removed from the truck that had been put in too early, he then proceeded to start cursing and tossing items out of the way, like my grandfathers air compressor. It was at this point that I asked him if he would like us to do it for him, his response was (and I quote) while yelling "I'd love for you guys to do this but your HUSBAND said I need to do it." I replied "you mean do the work you're being paid to do??" And then all hell broke loose with him cursing up a storm (yes I did reply with my own profanity because at this point I was done with him and his disrespect towards my grandparents and their belongings). His last reply was "I don't want money from any of you motherf*ckers!" And they left. The other two workers I never heard make any comments. -After arriving in Tucson and getting the truck unloaded and starting to unpack the house, my grandparents realized that they were missing cash out of a silver cash box that my grandmother used for yard sales. The 1's and 5's were left and the larger bills that had been underneath were gone. In total almost $200 was missing, this box had been in their main closet and clearly we did not get to it in time. Which explains why the tall guy screamed that he didn't want any money from us. - My main takeaway from this is 1) Don't hire this company unless it's a small easy job where physical labor is not required. 2) Don't hire this company if you want your elderly family members to be respected. 3) If you would like to keep either your money or belongings, don't hire this company. I am so disgusted with how my grandparents and their belongings were treated. 10/10 would not recommend.

My price was $300 to re do it. The salt that you have out in the foothills is no joke and eats up everything. There's a new product that came out that should last longer but it's very expensive. Just go to United janitorial purchase it and I'll be more than happy to apply it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day! My response: Nope, can't be the salt in the foothills water because I mopped the floor only once with Reverse Osmosis water and nothing else. There was a bit of rain water that could have got on the floor near the door but I doubt it has any salt in it. When I asked you how long the wax would last you told me a couple years then you might have to come out and touch it up. I am glad that Sandra is so happy with your work, I am just pointing out what happened with mine. And I never received any calls to return to redo the floor, and I still have the same number and live in the same house. Keep treating customers like this and you won't be so busy anymore.

My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.

I saw a major problem on my roof, Superior Roofing was the only contractor that mentioned the big dimple on my roof. Always on time if he says he will be there he's there. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Daniel is polite, honest, respectful and trustworthy. Were already talking about having Superior come back to do more work. I believe I have the best roof in town. Again Daniel has integrity and honesty.
