This company is the exact reason why I have lost hope in reviews. I had high hopes. When I scheduled my move, everything was easy and seemed on point. They showed care and professionalism. Character traits that I esteem highly. But they were only words. I had previous reviews on Google but they kept getting taken down claiming that they were from petty competitors. What I observed in my move was everything of a nightmare. I recently reactivated my yelp to write this review. All of the one star reviews are treated the same." I don't have you in our database." And if he keeps taken down the negative reviews claiming they are from competitors and that friends or family can go on their to tarnish his reputation, what is to say that he is not having his people go and make positive reviews? Are those taken down or rebutted too? All I am saying is from here on out, I will never use this company. I had a bad experience and posted what I experienced and nothing was done but claimed I was not in his 'database'. Words are cheap and character is shown in action. And I did not get good character in action. And my experience only proved that I never want this company on my property again and they lost another 1 star customer that was "not in their database". read more

It's sad that on a public forum one should also be able to review the ethical principles of a business. Yes, we review a company's product, and/or service. No, this company did not move me, they moved in my neighbors. What happened to me personally was how this company sexualized me as a female and are getting away with it. I wrote to the public to share how inappropriate they were and how they did nothing to correct it. I reached out to them and was turned away. No apology, no corrective action. Just accused of smear campaign. I would not recommend this company based solely on the principles of their actions. Look at ALL of the reviews. I will be spreading my reviews on other forums. Sexualizing women is not ok. Shame on this company for not doing better. And shame on YELP, for not standing up for better ethics. read more

We used Watch Us Move three months ago when we moved out of our house and into temporary housing. We just moved into our new house and we used them again - after the first time I wouldn't even consider a different company. They do a great job, take care to protect furniture and other belongings, and are very efficient. Everyone was kind and respectful and seems to have a great attitude. They even took apart our bed frame and put it back together (both times), which is not an easy task! I highly recommend this company! read more

We moved out to the Foothills on Wednesday and they were outstanding; they arrived on time and worked quick and efficiently on a day that reached 110*. Ernie is a moving machine and good to talk to also. They cannot take criticism to heart and work towards a more professional workforce by looking at their reviews and making the necessary improvements. Therefore I give them a 1 star.
