However, Dean was super responsive and had his team out there cleaning it the next day as they had an opening. Not only does it look pristine but I no longer have to smell that urine smell. I'd definitely recommend them if you're in need of some turf cleaning. Dean was super down to earth and told me they've mostly been doing work from referrals which is why they don't have many reviews but they are quite busy with repeat customers since they also remove debris etc. I've heard from others they've tried many cleaners and gave up because the smell didn't go away and they were tired of empty promises so they were just going to rip it up and get new turf. Definitely something we do not want to do and glad we found this place. I'd jump on them now before they blow up. I'm so tired of hearing that it's a 2-3 month waitlist for any type of service and just happy I got this done before things heat up for the summer.

Like most people here, I contacted many turf companies for comparison. Many won't do small jobs and of those who will, NoMowTurf simply seemed more responsive than all the others. Once I met Patrick, it all made sense. He is a friendly, very knowledgable, and no-nonsense guy. He came quickly, assessed the small job in a few minutes, provided me with options, and sent me the full written price by the end of the day, and the price was highly competitive. His team showed up on time and fully prepared. The team lead was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They completed the job and cleaned up like they were never there. The install team even accommodated my somewhat compulsive requests during installation. We got the dog-friendly version and it looks great and the function (after about a week) is exactly as Patrick said it would be. Perfect for our needs. We made a good decision going with NoMowTurf and we highly recommend them to you. We recently used Nomow turf to install synthetic turf in our yard. Although we were unsure if we could afford the quality of synthetic turf we wanted, Nomow was able to give us the beautiful soft grass we desired at a very fair price! From beginning to end, we have been highly satisfied! Pat was always extremely responsive to our emails, often replying within minutes. The quote he offered us was very competitive and the work was completed with great attention to detail! Although there are many seams in our yard and I know where they should be, they are completely invisible. The corners and edges are tucked and look very natural. Pat was able to schedule both the initial inspection and installation immediately and to fit our needs. Our neighbors have all come to ask about our grass and they love how it looks. Their representative, Sierra, came to our home with samples of synthetic grass, explained the various types, measured the area of turf removal, and promptly provided a very competitive price quotation and flexible schedule. We LOVE our turf! We have a smaller back yard that had some dirt areas. We decided to put turf in these areas to make more room for our toddler. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly throughout the project. We have a young son who was fascinated watching them work every day. The crew was so kind and patient with him that he ended up becoming their biggest fan--he kept bringing them water, snacks, and even ice cream each day because he enjoyed having them around so much! The finished turf looks amazing, and we're very happy with the quality of the work. If you're looking for a company that's honest, fairly priced, does excellent work, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Phillip and his team. They cleared our yard of bad grass, leveled the area, removed the old sprinkler system, even fixed one of our front yard sprinklers plus a landscape light! Finished in 2 days and it is beautiful!
