I was given a vague window for a call-back/appointment of "maybe this afternoon.....maybe Friday.....maybe Monday or Tuesday". Seriously? Four days (not to mention the weekend in between)?!?! I thought, "okay.....based on the reviews, it's probably worth the wait". Never got the call back from them so moved on to Christian Roofing and Remodeling. Submitted a request online and had a call back the same morning with available appointments that afternoon or two afternoons later; both after 5:00pm, which I needed. I scheduled them for that day and Brent arrived on-time to take a look at our issues and give some feedback on a number of questions I had regarding our roof and future replacement. While there, he identified the source of the leaks and plugged them.....FREE of charge! Brent was exceptionally courteous, polite, and professional and went out of his way to take care of the known problems and look over the rest of our roof for any other leaks or damage. Obviously, they want my business when it comes time to replace our roof and they'll get the job on my rental property, too, when it comes time (in addition to finishing out our bonus room). The most important thing is that they WANTED my business and made the effort to get someone out same day, after hours, to assist with the immediate issue. Can't say the same for the other guys. Apparently, my job wasn't worth their time (in spite of all the 5-star reviews they have received). Couldn't be happier with the service from Christian Roofing and Remodeling and I HIGHLY recommend you choose them if trying to decide between the two "reputable", Watkinsville-based roofing and remodeling contractors. You'll be glad you did!

I was told by Scott that "no matter what, I would not have any additional out of pocket expenses after the insurance paid their portion. After the roof install was complete and checks had been sent by the insurance company, Scott told me that I had an additional $900 for "uncovered expenses that the insurance company did not cover". I was not happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Fatamia S.

I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. I am giving James Connor a five star rating for his professionalism and a job well done. You should definitely reach out to Reset Roofing For anything that deals with your roof or gutters. The first thing they will do is set you up for a consultation, which is free and then move forward after you get to review a quote along with any pictures that the roof consultant emails to you. You can find Reset Roofing online, Facebook, and Instagram. They were professional from start to finish!

A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent. After a recent rain we had a big leak through the dryer vent in the laundry room and then through the kitchen ceiling. Joshua who did the work offered to provide a new estimate to replace part of the roof around the dryer vent and the vent itself. No thank you. We will go with someone else who knows what they are doing. At least he was polite. Mary the receptionist quickly heated herself up and started yelling at me saying "We don't guarantee repairs!!!" and repeating "Do you understand???" after each sentence. I understand Mary.
