D Nova was the 3rd (and last) company that visited my home to repair my garage door springs. The…read moreothers were intent on scamming me by quoting extremely high prices, making it seem urgent and not explaining anything relative to the work to be performed. Well, D Nova was totally different. He not only explained what work was required, he also pointed out deficiencies in the DRHorton new home construction that made the work necessary. He explained it in such a way that I fully understood. He also pointed out framing that was not properly attached so it was coming loose from its original location. When I say that I was impressed, I really was. Although he couldn't perform the work that day, he agreed to get the necessary materials and return the next day. He kept me apprised of what time he would arrive, showed up at that time, did exceptional work and did not take all day to do it. I could tell that he really loves what he does because of how meticulous he was and how he moved around as he worked - he didn't waste any time (mine or his). In my opinion, you couldn't go wrong with using this company for your garage door needs and he does more for the money than I expected.

He asked me to text him my name and address, and true to his word, he stopped by the same day to review the work. Within a week, the job was completed beautifully--and at a very fair price! Fast forward a short time later, when our garage door accidentally dropped on the hood of our car after we shut the release cord in the door. The first person I thought to call was Zach. Unfortunately, it happened on a Sunday, so I sent a quick SOS text, not expecting to hear back until Monday. To my surprise, Zach reached out that same day, and by Monday our garage door was working perfectly again--once again, for a fair and reasonable price. Access Garage Door LLC truly goes above and beyond. Their customer service, responsiveness, and quality of work are exceptional--things that are very hard to find today. I can't say enough about Zach and his team; they've earned our trust and our highest recommendation!

While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed.
