The second I walked onto the bus these two large looking men greeted me with enthusiasm and high energy. These two DJs managed to keep the atmosphere Peaked the entire night. For the 2nd time in 3 years, my 50-student/parent tour group got stranded at MSP on our flights home and Valley Bus came to the rescue both times, reaching out late in the evening to offer help when they saw our flights were canceled to come pick us up from what would likely be days waiting for flight rebookings into FAR for a group our size. I can't say enough good things about how thoughtful Cordell has been to reach out and how kind the drivers have been through last minute LONG drives with exhausted middle schoolers in tow. THANK YOU!!

Kelly was incredibly helpful and personable that I felt like we were old friends! They made it super convenient by allowing us to pick up/drop off the car in the short term parking lot. No waiting around! Not to mention I saved nearly $1000 compared to those big name rental car companies! The car was not a brand new car - it was a 2012 Chevy Impala - but it was reliable and got us from point A to point B no problem. I will for sure use them every time we fly into Fargo and I highly recommend you do to! Thanks Kelly for the AMAZING customer service!

After reading the reviews for local taxi services and googling a million options for transportation…read morefrom the hospital on Broadway, I tried calling dispatch for the public bus system. ANDREW, you're awesome! Super helpful and really understanding! I needed route information for a family member who was stuck at the hospital and needed to get back to their hotel. They were from out-of-town and so am I, but I was able to give ANDREW the starting/ending addresses and he gave me detailed info for bus routes/times/fares that my family member could use. Sadly, she found alternate transportation so I have no idea how good MATBUS actually is, but A+ on the dispatch side. FYI, if you're from out-of-town, don't bother with trying to decipher the maps that MATBUS provides on their website. Even knowing exactly where my family member was going, I totally couldn't understand which lines she needed to take so calling dispatch was my only option, but like I said SUPER HELPFUL people!

Stopped - and stayed - at Moorhead Travel Information Center during a road trip from LA to Buffalo,…read moreas I needed a place to crash for the night before meeting friends near Brainerd. It had been a long day of driving for me, coming from Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and this spot was just what I needed. The Moorhead Travel Information Center Rest Area was great. I stayed overnight in my car, and I wasn't the only one taking advantage of the peaceful (relatively speaking) parking lot for a bit of rest. The center had a solid selection of visitor materials, which made planning the next legs of the trip a breeze. The bathrooms were pretty clean, which, let's be real, is a huge plus when you're on the road. Grateful for the location and the desolate hospitality this place offered.

"I'm learning to fly But I ain't got wings…read moreComing down Is the hardest thing" (Tom Petty) We flew into Hector International Airport after connecting on a United flight from Chicago. I gotta tell ya, Fargo's little airport is a Gem. It was easy to navigate with plenty of services like an airport gift shop featuring North Dakota-made products, a SkyDine and Subway restaurants, a lounge/coffee/snack bar and a gift shop kiosk located at Gate 3 and 4, business centers located throughout the terminal with plenty of sit-down work areas, free Wi-Fi and 120V power connections, and a game room on the main level. Another big plus is how easy it is to access the car rental counters and rental lots. The counters are on the lower level and the lot was just a very short walk away. No shuttles needed! Hector includes service from United Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines. And where can you fly from Fargo? How about Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, and St. Petersburgh. And who is Hector airport named after? Hector International Airport is named after Martin Hector, a local businessman who first leased and then donated 160 acres to the city for the airport.
