I called and he'd forgotten so there was a scramble to find someone else who came to the wrong door 20 minutes later. It was very icy on the steps, so I fully expected the driver to get out and help me with my bag, but no. So I rolled it down the ramp and he met me there. I thought he'd get out to load the bag in the back of the van, but when I asked about the bag he said to "put it in the back"! I said no you do it and after a short go-round he got out and did it. Ummmm whatever happened to excellent customer service? I regret that I cannot recommend this taxi company.

We were able to limp into a truck stop and called the Budget customer service. They were so nice, helping us find alternate transportation to the airport and paying for the service. I walked the area and found some out of the way places, recommend by some locals. Mexican, not like you get in ND, Italian,a family run restaurant, and the ice cream shop a necessity every night. Katie was thorough she explained everything and put my mind at ease when I was going through the "what ifs" she gave me a card with a number directly to her if something should come up. Who does that? I cannot wait to find another destination. I do not sight see, nor do I shop, so again it will be a beach, sand, ocean, in a quaint little gypsy city. We walked up to pre-check with only about 5ppl in front of us and a fairly long regular line. I stifled a groan upon seeing there was one person working both lanes... until I saw him working in a way that I've never experienced at any airport. Left right left right left right - simply magical. Then the scanners took over and were *almost* as quick as the ID checker. A pleasant 4am surprise.

Never got to stay here because after making a reservation for two nights for a NDSU Bison football…read moregame, we never got a confirmation email or number. We never got the typical hotel reminder or even a calendar date reminder on your phone. So we tried to book again two weeks out from our game and the prices were all higher. Booked another hotel and had a great football weekend but then got charged for one night for failing to cancel a reservation we never received. Front desk clerks shared they have had confirmation issues but even the supervisor would not give a refund for charging us for one night for a reservation we didn't receive. We would have stayed there if we were sent a confirmation and then could actually tell you how it is. Make sure you reconfirm a reservation because if you aren't sent one you may still have one. I should have reconfirmed but usually never have to do that and we travel a lot. Good luck!

Place smells like they've never heard of deodorizer or carpet cleaning. The furniture looks like your grandpas favorite 50 year old lazy boy that he plans on taking his last breath in, type of over used and neglected. I'm 100% sure I do not want to know whatever it is on the side of this chair Hellen Keller could do a better job housekeeping. The only reason there's a second star is because the people at the desk are friendly. Look elsewhere.
