She couldn't do it because it would've looked bad apparently. So I brought it to Joanna's, and Karen is the sweetest person ever. She was able to do it and was very willing to do it. Karen works with what you like and does put some input of what she thinks, but is not controlling over your decision(s). She did a great job. I loved her so much so I will be coming back. She charged me $35 for a two layered dress; I will include before and after of her work.

Le Grand Chic was able to accommodate me easily, and did wonders with my gown in only a little over a month. They had to take in the bust a lot, with intricate appliqués, and hem the gown and add quite a few bustles. The result was gorgeous and the cost was far more affordable than other alterations businesses in the area. Le Grand Chic is the real deal, and they are in high demand! I will be back for other garments.

The old guy who works here is nice enough, but doesn't do good work and charges WAYYYY too much for what he does do. I don't know why I went here again. The last time he screwed up my jeans. I'm sure he'll ruin the simple job I gave him this time too. There's just so much garbage lying around. This place needs a serious cleaning and update.
