I stopped by earlier to leave money and I was happy with my first impression. It was a big job and I feel like you knew that at the outset. Previous owner was a smoker and there were odor problems. You accomplished a lot, however I asked that walls be washed and they were not, the fan in the bedroom wasn't fully cleaned, I'm not sure that kitchen cabinets were washed because I found debris in one even though I emptied most of them. In the utility room I found a pool of black water (coffee grounds?). I learned a lot and that will help me going forward when hiring someone. Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service.
