I can honestly say this was the best lesson I've had so far. What I appreciated most was that Chris focused on improving my swing, not completely changing it. He explained what the numbers on the simulator meant, how they related to my swing, and what goals I should work toward. He kept things simple and gave me a few key areas to practice on my own. He's down-to-earth, easy to understand, and made the entire lesson enjoyable. The facility was clean and professional, parking was easy, and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. The simulators were very nice and easy to use. Plus, being in the Valley, playing in a comfortable, air-conditioned room is hard to beat! I'd recommend lessons here to golfers of any skill level. You're paying one price to have a better experience every time you play golf and that's a great deal. I'll definitely be coming back. take home and work on. He put his recommendations up at the front counter. We live in SCV and made a trip to North Hollywood based on our interaction over the phone with Drew. All the staff were friendly. We decided to get all three clubs and Drew helped us find a reasonable putter. He really encouraged me. I have recently taken a lesson and played a small par 3 course and would like to keep trying. Drew explained that if I want a full beginner set of clubs to bring back the ones I purchased within 90 days for a full store credit to be used for a set of clubs. You then have 1 year to upgrade that set with a full refund/store credit. They really encourage everyone giving golf a chance, which I find very enlightening. So far all my golfing experiences have been good and Drew and this Roger Dunn Golf Shop are on the top of the list.

This is a great place to bring your child to play in a group with other kids the same age. They will watch your child play and place them in a group according to their age/ability. It's a beautiful facility with 20 tennis courts and a golf range adjacent to the courts. Great coaches and also very affordable at just $35 a lesson. You won't find that price anywhere. I called in advance and was told half of the rooms type I booked came with bath tubs and half didn't. I requested one with a bathtub and the person over the phone said they would note it in the reservation. I forgot to ask when I checked in and was a bit disappointed when I got to my room that there was no bathtub. If half of the room types had bathtub, I would think it would have been an easy accommodation request. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios/City Walk so that was very convenient. They also have a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes or so but the walk is so easy to do that I would recommend that. The hotel lobby and conference rooms were very nice, including the small break out rooms used for the conference. I didn't like that you have to be a Hilton member to get free Wifi but the conference came with its own wifi password so it didn't affect me. The King Corner Room was very spacious and had a separate sitting area. The room seemed a bit dated. The sofa looked very worn, like something you would see at a college dorm, so I avoided it. It did have very large windows with a beautiful view. No robes/slippers included in the room. Although I stayed for 3 nights, housekeeping only came one morning. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that is open until 11am daily. Staff was very friendly. It was a big conference (about 200 people I think) and staff did an excellent job with catered breakfast and lunch serving that many people at once. Not a luxury hotel by any standard, but for a work conference hotel, it was good. And the 10 minute walk to Universal Studies/City Walk is very convenient if your purpose is to visit those places since you won't have to pay for Uber/Lyft/parking for those places.

We got two rooms for our stay. Photos are from the room my husband and I stayed in but the room next to ours where our adult kids stayed was almost identical. The room was spacious. It had a decent sized bathroom and I liked that the bathroom was spread out in sections. The actual room had plenty of room to move around and the view was nice. The beds were very comfortable with soft pillows and sheets. The bathroom towels were typical. We stayed for several days so we used the cleaning service several times and they always replaced our towels and tidied up the room. My only complaint is about the toilet paper. It's very thin and not soft enough. We bought some extra at the local grocery store. Overall Hilton Los Angeles was a great place to stay while vacationing. It was close to the theme park, it had a shuttle to get there and back which was convenient, the service was really friendly, and the room was comfortable.

I found that this space and surrounding area were fine for my event purposes - a milestone Birthday Party. I'm not so sure if the surrounding area would work as well for a formal Wedding event if that's a consideration. The actual space itself is very pleasing though. I had looked at several other event spaces - ranging from Golf Club Bar spaces (manager did not reply till I did a Yelp review - see my review for this place), rooftop Event spaces (more expensive per hour) through to more formal, claustrophobic Wedding spaces. After a walk thru appointment of KUE, I found that the hourly rate was decent ($250 p/hour), as well as the inclusions- several tables/chairs, a partially nicely decorated interior, a couple of outdoor areas and no noise restrictions! Street parking and limited parking in the driveway area (after business hours) to KUE was ok. The main contact at KUE was Brenda whom was polite, pretty responsive and professional throughout my dealings - including contract signing, questions regarding the space and recommendations/helping organize vendors. My Bartender and another vendor providing additional cocktail tables/stage/linen (interestingly paid via the KUE zelle link, but whatever) were recommended from Brenda. The contract included 1hr for setup. I utilized this at the beginning before my 5 hours of use (6pm-11pm). There was a $200 cleaning fee on top of the 5 hour rate. I was also required to put all tables and chairs inside the event interior space upon exit. My event went well. I am a Musician, so I performed with fellow Musicians to guests of maybe 75-80 ppl, a Bartender and Taco guy. The space never felt cramped at all and could support more ppl. For KUE, I would recommend that some more outdoor power outlets around the space would be very useful. To counteract the gloomy industrial area I would even suggest a stylish oversized KUE sign at the front entry. For prospective Clients, I would suggest that anyone looking to book the venue be aware of the strict time requirements. Part of my deposit was taken (OK'd by me after a discussion with Brenda) because we were a little overtime getting all of our decorations/decor/equipment off the space (15-20 minutes after 11pm). I was proud of my friends and family for helping (and helping the caretaker) , exceeding the requirements of packing and cleaning up tables/chairs/space. We were out before the caretaker. I think that a 0-20/30 minute grace period (if effort was made by the client and not affecting cleaning) would be in the best interests for the management to adopt - in the same way that Hotels, rental car companies etc do already. Again, overall a very good experience.
