It definitely reminds me of my time as a student in college and university!! Coffee House is part of the Shoppers Park Mall in Grande Cache. I ate a smoked meat sandwich on rye bread with a latte coffee. My travel companion had a nice homemade sandwich with deli meats and fresh veggies, along with a minestrone soup and iced tea. Our meal also included a very tasty cheese biscuit. For desert, we had a croissant and a donut. The food was made in house, and was very fresh and delicious. The staff working was two young ladies, but they were very professional, friendly and fast with good service. The coffee shop did not sell any coffee beans, but did sell a variety of items such as decorations, cups and tea, to name a few things.

The menu items sounded good so we both selected the turkey pesto sandwich. They didn't ask what kind of bread we wanted (or we look like white bread people) so we ended up with white bread. I don't know if whole wheat is an option. Now given the name of turkey pesto, I was expecting real turkey sandwich. What we got was processed meat like you can buy from the deli at a grocery store. It's red like ham and tasted just like ham. I'm not saying that they gave us ham, I'm just saying that processed turkey looks and tastes just like processed ham. There was also cheese and a little bit of pesto. Basically it tasted like a toasted cheese sandwich. I also had a regular coffee from the carafe. It was fine. The service was very nice and friendly. You order from the counter and they bring it to your table. The inside is quite trendy looking with a variety of table sizes and a couch. There is another cafe near the co-op so I think I'll try them next time.

We ordered mainly burgers with fries/onion rings + a salad. Quantity was ample, and the burgers were very tasty. Highly recommended.
