On the estimate, there is a place for an initial where I assume the owner acknowledges this caveat. My estimate is not initialed. The drip line is visible in the pine straw throughout the bed, but it was not marked with flags. The restoration of the beds will cost me more than what I paid to have the trees removed. Lesson learned.

They cut out and removed my old lawn, raked and leveled the yard, put down new topsoil, fertilized and then proceeded to lay 17 pallets of St Augustine sod. I would avoid this place like the plague. Approximately 18 months ago, I purchased two Sabal Palms…read morewith their warranty during the spring. In three months, one of the palms was in full bloom and growing nicely, while the other was stagnant and not showing any signs of growth, so I called them and advised them. The owner's daughter, Giselle, said to give it a bit more time, that sometimes it may take a bit longer, so I did. I waited three more months, and nothing happened, so she agreed to have it replaced under one of the warranties I had purchased. I went to pick out the replacement, and at the time, they had very little to choose from, so she recommended one and said it should grow nicely. Then, when Jorge came to replace the tree, he was puzzled that the original one did not take root and said the root system looked to be dead, and that sometimes it happens. He then replanted the replacement. I waited another six months for spring to come, for the tree to start showing signs of growth. Two reams began to show, but that was all. I called them back and spoke to Giselle, and explained the issue with the replacement. Her reply that the warranty comes with one replacement, I then explained that it could be possible that I was sold another dead tree. Mined you, I purchased two warranties. She continued to stand on only one replacement and could not pass that it was possible the replacement was also a bad tree. I asked to speak to the owner directly and ask for his name, and she refused ended communicate with me at that point. I called a local specialist on Palm trees, and he agreed that the replacement palm was dying. This afternoon I found the tree on the ground. I would never recommend any of their Palm trees or service, and clearly avoid warranty from them as it is a waste of your money. Replacing a bad tree with another bad tree is not a good business practice and a fair warranty.
