If this is the way this company treats their potential new clients by no returning their phone calls, I can't imagine how their service can be any better. People, if someone calls your business and leaves a message asking for a call back, as a business you should return their call even if you are not taking on new clients. Based on this experience alone, I will give you one star only because I cannot rate you as ZERO star.
