Charlie never showed, never called. I had to track him down. Half an hour later he texts his guys were delayed at the previous job. Not my problem. His crew needs to let him know so he can let the next customer know. I told him that and said i was " being nasty". Boo - hoo. I shouldn't have to give lessons on how to be a business owner. On a Monday morning I contacted them with a tree trimming job. Immediately contacted me requesting pictures and sent back an edited photo approximating what I wanted. I said "seems about right, how much?" He gave me a quote. I agreed and asked to be scheduled. He told me he'd send me over the estimate in my email and placed me on the schedule for that Thursday at 0900. Wednesday afternoon came around, hadn't seen the estimate in email yet. Texted quick to ask if we were still a go for next morning. No answer. Thursday morning came. 0900. No show. 0930 I called his number and went to voicemail. Left a message that I was at house waiting on him to arrive. 0950 I texted to please let me know this was cancelled or what was going on. 10:03 he contacted me that he got caught up in another job and put me on the schedule for next Tuesday. No thanks. You don't contact a customer an hour+ late after his appointment to give him some BS about something that happened day before. I found better company read more

This is actually my second review- I can't even find my original- but I have to say- this company is amazing! I called for an estimate- received an immediate response to my call- they came the next day!! The job was for a Tree Removal- didn't take more than 45 minutes! Unfortunately the stump grinder machine was being fixed at the time, but they came back and did an AWESOME job! Great Price and very responsive! I would definitely recommend this company ! We purchased a 1/2 cord of wood from this companies FB market place site. After coming home from work and seeing the pile of wood we concluded we did not get the the proper amount we paid for. After messaging Charlie, the owner, he stated we received the correct number of pieces approximately 250. Calculating a cord of wood based on the number of pieces was news to us. What we received would only fill a truck body by 1/2 or less. After several more messages Charlie came to our home. Upon his inspection he stated we did not receive what we paid for. This was on a Monday and he stated he would have the rest delivered by the weekend. It has now been 6 weeks and several texts later we still have not received the rest of the wood. Charlie stated he got his information on how to determine how much is in a 1/4, 1/2 or full cord of wood from the internet. When we explained to him a cord is 60cf, 4x4x8 he didn't know what this meant. A true fire wood business person should know this. He also stated he has elderly customers who do not like handling large logs so he cuts them smaller. While this is nice to do for the elderly it's also dishonest!! He thinks the more pieces you get the more wood you have. Most deceitful. We thought his coming to our home to resolve our issue spoke of his character only to prove us wrong. He is not a man of his word and doesn't know the fire wood business. Would never recommend this company nor do business with them again! read more
