Now, with just a couple months left on my lease, Nest Finders is refusing to repair two damaged doors, including a porch door that's a clear safety risk. My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. Tenants deserve better communication, accountability, and respect than this.

Coming from Ohio we couldn't be down here all that much during the building process. Crystal was there literally at all the important stages! from signing a contract, the design center(a huge help), first walk through with the builder, hiring an independent inspector, checking up on our house without us asking and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. For context we sold our house in NY in early March 2020 a week before COVID hit NY hard. At that time we were concentrating most of our efforts on Long Island, NY. Real Estate in NY was suspended a week after so we were in a holding pattern. One day during the pandemic in May, after weighing our options, we made up our minds and completely changed plans and went all-in to leave NY and look for a home in NC and FL. It was exciting and frightening at the same time especially since we have not visited any of the places we researched online. So the day after our son's last day of "virtual school" our family left NY with two cars packed with stuff and a dog. We had no real idea where we would end up. We visited homes in NC for a few days that we really liked and then made our way to St John's County, FL. I found Crystal on Google maps and made an appointment when we were in NY. We were focused on Nocatee, FL but were open to other parts of the county. Since we have never been to Nocatee, Crystal had us meet her at the Welcome Center. We had a presentation performed by the town representative and by Crystal and it was a perfect 30,000 foot view of the town and the communities. It also provided the perfect context we needed when Crystal took us to homes to view the entire day. Crystal's plan for us was to show us all the areas and houses available in our wheelhouse for the entire week. We wound up loving a house and area in Nocatee early in our search and Crystal assisted in the offer process. Typically in NY when the offer is accepted and you are in contract the real estate agent takes a back seat. The opposite happened here. After we went in contract Crystal showed us how much she cares for her clients. To say Crystal went the extra mile is an under-statement. Our family is unfamiliar with Florida so had a ton of questions with the closing, inspections, termite bonds, CDD, HOA, you name it. I can't remember how many times I texted or emailed Crystal about some question we had. And each time not only was Crystal super-responsive but she provided detail with follow-up. With all the moving parts of closing on the house of your dreams you really need someone who is super pro-active that can set expectations on every part of the process and Crystal lined up everything perfectly. We can't say enough. Thank you Crystal.

Sawmill Lakes has a wide range of house floor plans due to multi builders..We have the first lot ever sold.. So today I can honestly say I am so happy to have a house as big as this.. Social distancing and self quarantining have changed day to day life but having a big house makes you feel like you're in a village.. I just wander from room to room and spend time, so I don't feel like I am trapped alone in small spaces..lol My favorite spot is on Lanai with my birds, okay that in my kitchen..
