We asked Dave to paint every room in a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom condo. We chose different colors for each room. In some cases the colors would meet at the intersection between rooms. What stood out was Dave's hand brushing technique. Many painters would use masking tape, but Dave has a steady hand and the paint met perfectly. That shows craftsmanship. We also wanted help to close up a wall opening between rooms and replace the stairway railing. Dave did a nice job floating the drywall patch, and the new railing looks great. Dave's Painting is a one man show, which means you'll need to allow more time in your schedule for larger jobs. As long as you agree on the schedule and need help with some handyman work along with painting, Dave is your man.

He was punctual for the estimate, gave a good price, and was extremely caring in the process. We had new floors put in right before he started and he took excellent care of them. He generally took excellent care of our home. As the project progressed we turned to him for color recommendations and also asked him to do a few additional small paint and wall repair projects around the house. He gave us a more than fair price on the added work and continued to be so thorough and attend to all the details. He's a bit of a perfectionist in exactly the way you want someone to be when they are painting your house. His whole crew was very skillful. We found two minor mistakes along the way and as soon as we pointed them out, they fixed them the next day. And on top of all that, he's so sweet. Just a stand up guy. Even though I was looking for a fair and low price because we had all these unexpected repairs due to mold, when the project ended I figured out how to give him a big tip because I was just so pleased to work with someone so great. I've done some kitchens and the way they install cabinets is not the best way. His crew are not fine carpenters. There are gaps between cabinets and in one location at least quarter in gap. We previously got 3 other quotes for 2 bathroom and our kitchen remodel. Rogelio was by far the most attentive, most professional, and best priced. He didn't make us feel like just another job, and even helped us find the best deals on materials we needed. He made sure we were ok with every step of the process and explained everything in detail from the demolition to the foundation, framing, and finishes. Rogelio's coworkers area all very professional and left no mess at the end of every day. We are definitely very please and will hire Rogelio and his crew again for all our future projects. Contacted him on Saturday 9/21 , he said he would come Sunday, never showed , and still hasn't replied to our daily texts, calls , or has even had the decency to call to see what happened ! Today is 9/26 and we have had to hire a professional company to come and start the demo. I can not stress how unprofessional Rogelio is , especially after we have recommended at least 10 of our friends to him ! DO NOT USE HIM! I will update with more photos as the process continues ....
