We had such a great experience with Trevor from Noble Property Inspections! He was SO thorough and honestly caught so many things that we never would have noticed ourselves. He took his time going through the entire house and explained everything to us along the way, which made such a huge difference as first-time home buyers. He found several pretty significant issues, especially with the electrical, roof, plumbing, etc., that could have ended up costing us A LOT of money if we had bought the house without knowing about them. He even went above and beyond to get into areas that other inspectors might have skipped, and we really appreciated how detailed his report was. We actually ended up finding out that some of the electrical issues could prevent us from getting homeowners insurance, which is something we never would have known. As stressful as that was, we are thankful he caught it before we closed and got ourselves into a situation we couldn't get out of. If you're buying a house, I cannot recommend Noble Property Inspections enough. Spending the money on a thorough inspection is worth it, especially when it can save you from getting screwed on a house later!! read more

Bryan Reynolds is amazing! This is my second time using Noble Inspection, and my second time using Bryan. He did such a good job the first time I had to request him the second. For example I had such a busy schedule the day of inspection, and he stayed at the house for 3 to 4 hrs looking over everything to me. Taking videos and pictures for the report. What sets him apart is his communication, calling me before the inspection asking what are my worries with the house. Texting when he's on the way and at the house, and always responds if I have questions after the inspection. If you want a thorough home inspection, don't look any further than Noble and ask for Bryan! read more

I responded to a mailer circulated by Noble Property Inspections, for my 11 month new home warranty inspection. They came out the very next morning and conducted a thorough, professional inspection. Brendon was my home inspector and he did an awesome job. Fortunately, there were no major issues, but there was a "punch list" of items that the builder will hopefully repair. All of the needed repairs were documented in a well-written, comprehensive report that was prepared quickly. Their fees were more than reasonable for the quality of work completed. I highly recommend Noble Property Inspections to anyone in need of this service. read more

Rey impressed and happy with our inspector Kevin. We did an 11 month warranty inspection prior to our one year home builder inspection. Kevin looked at everything that was promised and reviewed at all with us along with the photos he took. It was so helpful to have all the information which we were able to hand over to our builder. We had another inspection scheduled before we heard about Noble so we canceled that one. Very happy we did. The price was great Highly recommend. Always happy to support small businesses read more
